Welcome to your friendly temporary home!
The spacious ground floor & basement non-smoking flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the ground floor of the flat you will find a living room with TV and cosy couch as well as an open kitchen with adjoining dining area. The modern kitchen offers everything you could wish for.
Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. From the dining table you have a view into the wonderful green garden, which is surrounded by high hedges. In summer it is ideal to stay outside, because the garden is not visible from the street!
The bedroom on the ground floor offers access to the terrace as well as two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower function, daylight and WC.
A small spiral staircase leads to the basement of the flat, where there is room for two more people in the double bed. The second bathroom, which has a shower, is directly adjacent.
Further amenities of the flat are free Wi-Fi, an underground parking space, storage room, washing machine and dryer.
For the sake of order, we must mention here that the underground garage entrance is not continuously heated and the owner is not liable for any damage. Thank you for your understanding!

Definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung Die Lage und die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr gut. Wir haben die eine Woche sehr genossen. Die Nutzung des Gartens war bei schönem Wetter hervorragend und entspannend. Wir würden diese Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt und sogar noch mehr. Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, gute Lage für Aktivitäten im Ort (fußläufig). Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Anreise.

Schöne gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit prima Terrasse und Garten Wir haben uns hier für 8 Tage mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die Fritz-Müller-Straße geht doch mehr Verkehr als gedacht, aber in dem Schlafraum im Keller hörte man davon nichts. Positiv ist auch, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller kostenlos benutzt werden können.

Sehr zu empfehlen Auch der zweite Urlaub in Garmisch hat wieder für Erholung gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder uns dann bringen wir auch mehr Sonne mit. Ihre Alpenferienwohnungen empfehlen wir bestens weiter.

Super! War alles super! Buchung wurde sehr schnell bestätigt und Rückfragen sehr zeitnah beantwortet. Die Übergabe der Wohnung klappte super.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
