Do you like to cook? The kitchen, fully equipped with brand-name built-in appliances, Nespresso capsule machine, small appliances and stylish crockery, offers an unforgettable cooking experience.
The bathroom with a ground-level shower with rainforest overhead shower refreshes you after an eventful day.
As a highlight, there is a heated mirror directly above the washbasin.
This ensures a clear view at all times at the touch of a button.
A relaxing holiday also includes a pleasurable night's sleep.
This is guaranteed in the cosy bedrooms, furnished with a comfortable (Emma®) double bed (200x180cm) and in the second bedroom with a rustic loft bed made of solid old wood (200x100cm), also equipped with high-quality Emma mattresses.

Traumhaft Super TOLLE Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und doch nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum, der Olympiaschanze und Partnachklamm entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage stand auch für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und super gut ausgestattet. Wir (4 Personen) haben uns dort super wohlgefühlt und konnten abschalten und uns super entspannen. Der Bäcker und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet sich in Fußläufiger Nähe. Für das leibliche Wohl findet jeder was im Ort. Auch die Nähe zur Zugspitze und Alpspix hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden mit dieser wirklich Traumhaften Ferienwohnung. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist absolut top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder Familie Sauer 09.11.2022

Spitzenwohnung in Toplage Hervorragende, hochwertige und geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Absolut neuwertig. Wunderbare Terasse mit "Postkartenausblick". Tolle Lage in einem sehr ruhigen und grünen Wohngebiet, vieles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Skischanze, historische Ludwigstraße, Partnach....)

Sehr gute Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Betreuung war vorbildlich. Wir wurden, nach Kontaktaufnahme von unterwegs, persönlich pünktlich in Empfang genommen. und mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort (Tiefgarage, Wohnung, Mülltrennung, GAP-Card etc. ) eingewiesen. Etwas Negatives gibt es nicht zu berichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very good apartment with a view of the mountains. The care was exemplary. After contacting us while on the road, we were personally received on time and introduced to the local conditions (underground parking, apartment, waste separation, GAP card, etc.). There is nothing negative to report. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back.

Chic, modern flat in a quiet location. Ideal starting point for hikes. Within ten minutes you can reach the ski jump and the Partnachklamm.

Top flat in top location
Excellent, high-quality and tasteful furnishing of the flat. Absolutely as good as new. Wonderful terrace with "postcard view". Great location in a very quiet and green residential area, many things within walking distance (ski jump, historic Ludwigstraße, Partnach....)

Super TOLLE holiday flat, quiet location and yet only a few minutes from the centre, the Olympic ski jump and Partnachklamm. The keys were handed over without any problems and a parking space in the underground car park was also available for the entire stay. The flat is bright, friendly and super well equipped. We (4 people) felt very comfortable there and were able to switch off and relax. The bakery and various shopping facilities are within walking distance. Everyone can find something to eat in the village. We also liked the proximity to the Zugspitze and Alpspix. We were completely satisfied with this really dreamlike holiday flat. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top. We will definitely be back Family Sauer 09.11.2022
