Enjoy your stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in this special attic flat for up to 3 people. High-quality furnishings in modern design, paired with a few, selected antique pieces, always offer the eye new details to discover and exude elegant and alpine charm. The cleverly placed skylights not only let plenty of daylight into the flat, they also allow for great views and bring the surrounding mountains right into the living room, so to speak.
The flat also impresses with a large, open-plan living space. An inviting living area with flat-screen TV and cosy fireplace invites you to relax.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need and leaves little to be desired thanks to an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Lovers of fragrant drinks have a French press and a capsule machine at their disposal.
A comfortable dining area is perfect for breakfast together. The adjacent window catches not only the first rays of sunshine but also a spectacular view of the Olympic ski jump.
From the living room you have access to two spacious balconies with balcony furniture and lounge corner. Here you can breathe fresh air and enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama from the first to the last hour of sunshine.
Under the sloping roof is a cosy bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. A large skylight lets you sleep under the stars with a clear sky.
Another room is equipped with a comfortable couch that can be pulled out to 160 cm and converted into sleeping accommodation for another adult or two children. Here you will also find a large desk with a monitor to which a laptop can easily be connected. An ideal retreat if you need to work undisturbed in your home office.
A modern bathroom with a large washbasin, matching mirror and a ground-level shower rounds off the flat's facilities.
All flat windows are equipped with electric shutters and can be completely darkened. Even in the colder seasons, underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the flat.
If you bring bicycles with you, they can be stored in the storage room in the underground garage as well as in the lockable bicycle shed next to the house. Your car is also taken care of, as there is a parking space reserved for the flat in the underground garage, which is easily accessible by lift.

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl in dieser schönen Wohnung mit perfektem Blick auf die Skisprungschanze gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit ist für uns grundsätzlich sehr wichtig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen Familie Heitzer

Sehr saubere, super gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Garmisch, ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge aus allen Fenstern. ️ Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, das Team von Staygood geht ebenfalls auf Nummer sicher, dass alle Informationen beim Gast ankommen. Abläufe und Vorgänge sind strukturiert dargestellt und leicht verständlich. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigen könnte. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben :)

Eine sehr schoene Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohngegend mit Blick auf die Berge und Sprungschanze. Alles war so wie online beschrieben und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
