Welcome to the house Alpenpanorama!
Apartment AlpspitzNest is located on the top - in the attic it offers enough space for 2 people! Ideally suited for couples or single travelers.
In the entrance area of the apartment you will find a small hallway where there is enough storage space for jackets and shoes.
The next step leads directly into the bright living room and bedroom. Through huge windows the room is brightly lit, which fits well with the dark wooden struts running along the ceiling, somewhat reminiscent of a half-timbered house. Under the sloping roof you will find the cozy double bed. You will also find a cozy dining table, as well as another armchair and a desk here.
The kitchen also has a skylight and is equipped with everything necessary.
The daylight bathroom contains a bathtub with shower device.
Please note the roof slopes throughout the apartment, then you will feel comfortable here! In the bathroom, the standing height in the bathtub is limited due to the sloping roof, so that tall or elderly people may have difficulty showering while standing.
WLAN is free of charge, baby bed and high chair are available at 25 euros extra charge. We ask you to note that this is a non-smoking apartment.Parking is available on the public parking spaces in the street, we ask for your consideration that we can not offer a permanent parking space!

Wanderurlaub zu zweit mit Hund. Super Lage. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Schöne Aussicht. Vor allem war es kein Problem den Hund mitzunehmen.

Bin zum Kandaharrennen als Helfer gekommen, also viel Arbeit weil es auch viel Schnee auf der Rennstrecke gab und ständig geräumt werden musste! Trotzdem war es schön!

Ideal for 2 people, spacious apartment modern and comfortable. large balcony with view of the montains; We ate outside every day. Natalie is very receptive and willing to help you with whatever you need. Garmisch is great.

Zeit Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten mit dem Wetter eine tolle Zeit. Auch wenn die Fewo nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt ist, wären ein paar mehr Besteckteile und Gläser schön. Wir kommen wieder.

Unser Urlaub Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der herrlichen Ferienwohnung A8/Alpenpanorama. Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie sind sehr gastfreundlich und sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist warm und sauber und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, das hübsche Zentrum von Garmisch ist nicht weit und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die ruhige Wohnung sowie die ruhige Straße haben uns einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub beschert. Wir werden ganz sicher bald wieder kommen!

Urlaub in den Bergen Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Wir hatten sogar mehr das Gefühl hier wirklich zu wohnen, anstatt in einem Hotel nur zur Übernachtung zu bleiben.Ihre Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und wir hätten uns keine bessere Aussicht wünschen können. Während ich Ihnen schreibe, planen wir bereits unsere nächste Reise nach Deutschland.Wir werden definitiv wieder bei Ihnen Urlaub machen! Wir freuen uns schon darauf Sie in der nahen Zukunft wiederzusehen!

+: Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Appartement für zwei. Zentrum und Einkaufen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ankunft und Abreise absolut problemlos. Talstation Alpspitzbahn nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Super Online-Service bei Reisevorbereitung. Tiefgaragenplatz. -: Nichts aufgefallen.

Die Dusche in der Wanne ist unmöglich wegen der Schräge zu nutzen und somit eine Zumutung, da es ja unmöglich ist, zu stehen. Gerade für ältere Menschen ist die Wanne sbsolut ungeignet. Meine Frau konnte aufgrund dieser Situation währen unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes weder Dusche noch Wanne nutzen. Wir würden daher diese Wohnung kein 2tes Mal buchen

Als Autofahrer komme ich nicht wieder. Sehr schönes Apartment, ruhig im Außenbereich von Garmisch-Patenkirchen gelegen. Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht nach Süden.

Gelungener Aufenthalt Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, wodurch wir direkt vor der Wohnung stets einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Der Balkon ist ab nachmittags schattig und überdacht, weshalb man auch bei Regen schön draußen sitzen kann. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und bietet auch innen eine Sitzgelegenheit. Schlüsselübergabe lief wegen Corona über einen Schlüsselkasten und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Fußläufig braucht man etwa 20 Minuten in die Fußgängerzone. Würden dieses Apartment wieder in die engere Auswahl nehmen, wenn wir wieder nach Garmisch kommen

We felt very comfortable and had a great time with the weather. Even though the apartment is only for 2 people, a few more cutlery and glasses would be nice. We will come again.
