The apartment "Alpenpanorama A5" is located in a quiet location near the Loisach on the outskirts of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the green! It offers on 90 m2 and 2 floors space for up to 6 people.
On the 1st floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet, the fully equipped kitchen and the living room. From the living room you have access to the large balcony with views of the mountains and also in the kitchen you can enjoy the view of the greenery through the large windows while cooking.
A small spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor of the apartment where there are two more bedrooms and a small storage room.
The underground parking space is included, washing machine and dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee. It is a non-smoking apartment!

Wir fanden den Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung A5 toll! Gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung und die Tiefgarage. Die Waschmaschine ist mit 3€ pro Waschgang recht teuer. Ansonsten würden wir diese Apartments weiterempfehlen. Danke auch für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung! :-

A very clean and spacious apartment. We loved it! Pretty close to the bus stops where you can catch a bus to the ski areas. You receive a visitor card that gets you on the green bus for free.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf die Berge... Zurecht trägt das Apartment den Namen Alpenpanorama. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, die Waschküche, die super Küchenausstattung... alles hat dazu verholfen, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir haben uns zu Dritt mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verbreitet mit den riesigen alten Fotos von der Zugspitze viel regionales Flair ohne typisch bayerisch zu wirken. Wir kommen sicher auch im Sommer mal wieder. Mit Hund ist die Nähe zur Loisach sehr günstig, da die Wohnung mitten im Wohngebiet liegt. Die technische Ausstattung ist top.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, die Lage ideal. Es ist ruhig und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für Kinder ist die Nähe zum tollen Spielplatz wunderbar.

Alles perfekt. Über die Lage waren wir uns im Klaren - also auch perfekt, wenn man mit dem Auto an die Skipiste will. Mit ÖPNV geht es aber auch.

Very spacious with plenty of room for five adults. Outdoor deck was wonderful. Plenty of cookware and appliances. Beds were comfortable and the larfe couch was a favorite. The neighboorhood was lovely and quiet. Town center was a 1 mile flat walk with the option of walk/bike path along the river. Grocery store near by. Highly recommend.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in gemütlicher FeWo Genossen haben wir den Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Platz und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. In der Nähe sind 2 Bäcker und ca. 900 m entfernt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können die Gegend und die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf die Alpen Wir sind eine 4köpfige Familie mit Hund und haben unsere Herbstferien hier verbracht. Sowohl die Ausstattung, Lage, als auch Betreuung war super. Die Wohnung war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Es ist sehr komfortabel und sauber. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Online check-in without any problems. The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are accessible via a spiral staircase in the attic. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We were able to safely park our car and bikes in the underground garage. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Bakery 100m away, supermarket 400m away. You could walk to the center of Garmisch in 1/2 hour or bike along the river in 7 minutes. Great location for trips to Lake Eibsee, Zugspitze, etc.

This location is perfect. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Edelweiss and the US Military base. It is also situated to walking distance to the different bus routes! We were provided free bus passes by Natalie which also gave us discounts to many tourist attractions near by! This AirBnB is much bigger than what you can imagine. It is very spacious and stylish, it provides amazing views of the mountains. It has every necessity you could need. We were able to cook meals daily and it is located near a grocery store and bakery. There are also restaurants that will deliver food nearby. Natalie was amazing with providing us early check-in and answering my many questions.

Very nice holiday in a cosy apartment
We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony. The flat is very nicely furnished, offers enough space and everything you need is there. There are 2 bakeries nearby and shopping facilities about 900 m away. We can only recommend the area and the apartment and will definitely come again :-)

We had a great week here with a very uncomplicated and friendly host :)! The rooms are nicely furnished, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. In the dining room you can easily sit with 6 people, the large covered balcony offers shelter and cosiness even when it rains, also the kitchen is top equipped, we lacked nothing! Everything is super clean, a bakery is within walking distance and a supermarket a few minutes away by car. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back!
