Welcome to the Platzhirsch vacation apartment!
This maisonette apartment is classified according to DTV with 4**** stars and provides with modern alpine charm for an ambience that everyone wants on their vacation in the Bavarian Alps.
Tradition meets modernity, in the middle of the mountains! Up to 3 people will find a temporary home here. Warm brown tones mixed with modern red and an animal that you associate with Bavaria: the stag. At home in the forests of the area, the proud animal can be found in many small details of the apartment.
The spacious dining room with a wide window front allows not only from the covered balcony a breathtaking view of the Zugspitze, also at breakfast or dinner you can lose yourself in the view of the mountains of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. If you want to relax, there is still a comfortable couch available here. If required, this can also be pulled out and converted into a comfortable sleeping area for a third person.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed and provides maximum sleeping comfort. Opposite you will find a wide wall of wardrobes, where there is guaranteed space for all your clothes. Shutters ensure 100% vacation mood in the morning even for late sleepers. Stylish bedside lamps provide warm light in the evening and a small bench at the end of the bed offers another seating option.
The modern, alpine fitted kitchen is a highlight. Many illuminated glass elements create a great ambience. Electrical appliances - from dishwasher to refrigerator - are available, the kitchen is fully equipped. For coffee lovers, both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine are ready for use.
The modern bathroom offers a wellness shower, a large illuminated mirror and a towel dryer.
You can reach the upper part of the maisonette via the spiral staircase. You are awaited by an elegant and comfortable living area.
Sit down, put your feet up and enjoy your favorite movie on the large, internet-enabled smart TV with sound box.
Work can't wait? No problem. A desk is ready for you. Likewise, there is a bookshelf here if you are still looking for a vacation read.
WLAN and underground parking space are included for you. Washing machine and dryer can also be used free of charge. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.

Platzhirsch ist ein wundervoller Ort um sich wohl zu fühlen, die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen und unvergessliche Tage in Garmisch zu verbringen! Es war alles bestens, der Service und die Abwicklung durch Alpenferienwohnungen ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr erholsam Wir hatten leider schlechtes Wetter daher war es toll in einer so schönen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt sehr ruhig, da nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße. Der Blick vom Balkon ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter traumhaft, wir sind fast nur draußen gesessen, da die Überdachung auch bei starkem Regen gut reicht. In der Küche ist alles an Geschirr vorhanden, was man zum kochen braucht. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Der Buchungsprozess und Kontakt war auch reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank.

Aussicht Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick auf die Berge. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Lage. Leider hatten wir von der Wohnung nur wenig, da wir viel unterwegs waren. Das Wetter war zu schön.

Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Handtuchwechsel sollte nach 1 Woche ohne Zusatzkosten erfolgen.

Ein echter Platzhirsch Wir haben 1 Woche Winterurlaub in dieser stilvoll eingerichteten Fewo verbracht. Diese ist toll ausgestattet, hat einen super Ausblick in die Berge. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die großzügige Gestaltung der Galerie mit Sofalandschaft und Fernseher im Kinoleinwandformat :-) ...ein echter PLATZHIRSCH! Die gesamte parkähnliche Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Vielen Dank an den hervorragenden rund-um-Service der Ferienwohnungsbetreiber. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Super schönes Silvester in Garmisch Wir haben ein super schönes Silvester 2015/2016 in Garmisch in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und sehr gemütlich in modern-alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Fasziniert hat uns die ruhige Lage (kein Straßenlärm) und der Ausblick vom Balkon direkt auf die Pisten und die Bergkulisse. Wir kommen wieder!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and is very quiet. You have a great view of the mountains and the Zugspitze. Nothing is missing and you can feel comfortable here. The underground parking is also good, which has direct access to the house and you can also enter the house without getting wet in the rain. However, the parking space is not suitable for large vehicles, but we managed with our Tiguan. We really liked it here.
