We spent a week in this beautiful and well-equipped apartment. The location is great, with the bus connection right at the door as well as other shopping options. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. It is in very good condition and corresponds to the photos and description. Only the somewhat hard beds may not be to everyone's liking. The surrounding balcony offers a very nice view of all the mountains around. Despite the new front building, there is also a nice view of the Alpspitz. It's a pity that currently, due to a construction site nearby, a crane is in the line of sight (but not on the property). We felt very comfortable and would come again. A bus stop is very close by. In about 15 minutes, you can also walk to the city center of Garmisch. A bakery is also next to the Norma market very close by. The handling with the team from Alpenferienwohnungen.de was professional and easy.

We really enjoyed the vacation, and the apartment contributed to that. It was equipped with everything you need, very comfortable, and clean. A huge balcony where you can enjoy the sun all day and the view of the Alpspitz, Kreutzspitz, and also the Zugspitze. Simply great. It's a bit of a pity that a new building is being constructed right in front of the house, which limits the view somewhat, but as described, the mountains are still visible. You don't need a car for the nearby area, the bus stop is practically in front of the house. From here, you can travel for free to the Zugspitze or into the city center with the spa card, thanks to the train station. But you can also walk to the city in 10-15 minutes. The communication with the rental agency was flawless. We would love to come back. Thank you.

Great! We arrived here without high expectations and were far exceeded! The apartment is new and equipped to a high standard, has a sensational view of the Alps, especially of Zugspitze! We lacked nothing, and the support from Ms. Woynowski and her team was also professional and friendly. You can park your car in the underground garage and have direct access to the house with an elevator. The apartment is on the 1st. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a huge balcony that encompasses the entire apartment. Additionally, there is a large corner bathtub, a guest WC, and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is open, providing a direct view of the dining and living area while cooking, equipped with the latest MIELE appliances, as well as a high-tech induction cooktop and extractor fan. Both from the dining table and the balcony table, you can see the Zugspitze. SIMPLY GREAT. The location is also optimal because you can reach great restaurants and the city on foot.
