The kitchen is fully equipped, there is wifi. There is a beautiful outdoor terrace with artificial grass, a 4 x 9 m pool, a 12 m sunbathing area and garden furniture. There is air conditioning throughout the house. All rooms have single beds.

We can easily find supermarket, shops, butcher, bakery, post office, bank, restaurants, bars, disco, night entertainment, but what makes the difference is its charming residential marina with more than 30 km of navigable canals, where there is the possibility to rent A boat to visit the canals from the water. With its two 2 km long and up to 200 m wide golden sandy beaches, it is the perfect place for a nice holiday. We also find the most important skydiving centre in Europe and the new wind tunnel to gain new experiences during your stay. But also all sports like horse riding, tennis and paddle tennis, kite surfing, diving, golf, jet ski ... Next to it is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the largest wave pool in Europe, ideal for a day out family or friends. Fantastisch
Een vakantiehuis voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Fantastisch gelegen aan het water.
Heerlijk relaxen in de mooi aangelegde tuin en afkoelen in het zwembad.
We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Heerlijk luxe huis aan het kanaal met zwembad en aanlegsteiger
Een heerlijk en vooral ook schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn er lekker met de boot op uit getrokken, maar hebben ook regelmatig lekker bij het zwembad gelegen.
De contacten met de mensen van Homeselekt zijn geweldig. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar.
Empuriabrava is een levendig dorp, met heel veel barretjes en restaurantjes die het hele jaar door open zijn.
Girona is een mooie stad maar ook de kleinere plaatsen in de omgeving zijn de moeite waard.
Kortom we hebben ervan genoten en ook weer voor 2026 een boeking gedaan.
Ook zijn er heel veel wandelpaden met de mooiste uitzichten.

Tolle Villa in diner wonderschönen Genengde
Wunderschöne Villa, innen wie aubben einfach !! An alles wurmde gedacht! Nahe den Stadtzentrum, aber ach gans in der Nähe van Strand und wunderschönen Naturschutzgebieten.
