The kitchen is very fully equipped with gas cooker, combi-microwave, oven, large refrigerator with small freezer unit, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
1 bedroom with 2 beds on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms 1 x with 2 beds and 1 x double bed on the upper floor. Bathroom and separate WC on the ground floor, and bathroom with WC / shower on the 1st floor. Wind-protected terrace with sunshade, chairs and a sun lounger incl. cushions. 2 car parking spaces at the house.
The bedroom on the ground floor / bathroom / living room / dining area / kitchen are barrier-free.
Keys and swimming pool tickets are available at the reception of De Krim.
Wood-burning stove in the living room. All windows in the ground floor and first floor bedrooms can be opened and are fitted with insect screens and roller shutters.
Children's travel cot and high chair are available by arrangement. Telephone for incoming calls

The holiday home is situated in a quiet side street, close to an exit to the beach and the cycle paths to the beach or the lighthouse or along the dunes to De Koog. In the park you will find a supermarket, restaurants, reception, swimming pool and an 18-hole golf course nearby. In De Cocksdorp you will find a supermarket, restaurants, doctor. Everything is within easy reach by bike or car.
Texel offers a varied landscape, which has its special charms in every season.

Cancellation terms:
The deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation one month before the rental start. The landlord will try to rent the house again. If successful, 60% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than one month before the rental start (upon receipt of the cancellation by the landlord), the deposit is forfeited. The landlord will make efforts to rent out the property. In the case of re-renting, the second payment will be refunded. If re-renting is unsuccessful, any refund is forfeited. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
additional information:
Arrival by car is via Den Helder and there follow the signs " Ferry ". The ferry departs every hour from Den Helder or Den Hoorn/Texel. A reservation for the ferry is not possible and not necessary. Journey times from Den Helder approx. 20 min. Further information also at Teso.nl Or by train to Den Helder station and from there by bus to the ferry. On Texel there are also bus connections to De Cocksdorp. It is not possible to take bicycles on the bus on Texel.

Super
The house is top equipped. We have never had such a large selection of dishes (Villeroy and Boch!!) and such a high-quality kitchen. Really the finest and above all everything in top condition, not worn out or damaged at all. The location of the house is great and the park is definitely the best on all of Texel. Overall super!!!

Great accommodation, super nice landlords.
We were in the wonderful house for a week; it is very lovingly furnished, very cozy, and very clean. We were four adults in the holiday home and had plenty of space to feel comfortable. We lacked nothing. Every day, whether good or bad weather, from breakfast to the cozy evening by the open fireplace, was simply relaxing and beautiful. The facility itself is also very well maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. The contact with the landlord was just really nice, and super accommodating and friendly.
Thank you very much again for that.
We would be very happy to vacation in this house again.
