This flat is part of the well-known Terrasflat in Egmond aan Zee. The building is located 20 metres from the beach entrance and 250 metres from the centre of Egmond aan Zee. From the sun terrace, which is over 9 metres wide, you have an exclusive 180-degree view just over the dunes and the sea. You will regularly see the herd of horses or cattle grazing in the dunes and of course you will see pheasants, rabbits and sometimes the fox in the morning. There is not a house or car in sight! This also makes the surroundings child-friendly; children can safely walk to the beach along the shell path that runs alongside the building.
The flat is suitable for 2 to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom is behind the master bedroom and has no windows to the outside.
