Description
The apartment is part of the well-known Terrasflat in Egmond South. The building is located 20 meters from the beach entrance and 250 meters from the center of Egmond aan Zee.
From the more than 9 meters wide, south-facing sun terrace you have an exclusive 180-degree view only over the dunes and the sea. You can regularly see the herd of horses or cattle grazing in the dunes and of course you will see pheasants, rabbits and sometimes in the morning the fox.
No house and no car in sight! This also makes the environment child-friendly: on the shell path that runs next to the building, children can safely walk to the beach. On a shell path at the edge of the dunes you walk under the watchful eye of the famous lighthouse "Jan van Speyck" along the sea to the pleasant (car-free) main street and restaurants along the boulevard.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Lage mit tollen Blick in die Dünen und zum Strand macenh diese Unterkunft buchenswert. Auch für Hunde ist die Wohnung gut geeignet die Steckdosen sind alle Kinder gesichert es gibt wenig offene Kabel auf die zu achten wären.

Das große Ecksofa hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Betten waren bezogen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Dünen ist wunderschön.

Die Lage ist so gut, dass wir immer begeistert sind. Es gab genügend Putzmittel und Handtücher. Die Waschmaschine war diesmal wichtig. Danke für die Flasche Wein.

Die Lage war perfekt! Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und umfangreich. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, insgesamt großzügiger Wohn- und Essraum, große Küche mit sehr guter und vielseitiger Ausstattung an Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Viele angenehme Lichtquellen. Begrüßungswein.
