Only recently time renovated apartment in the apartment building "Terra Flat" right on the beach and sea.
Located on the 1st floor apartment Dolfijn offers a lot of luxury! The ocean views are stunning and you are quickly on the beach! The beach and the dunes are located approximately 100m. The center of Egmond aan Zee about 300m.
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, digital TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and makes you want to cook!
There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and a sofa bed for one person or a child, and the second is furnished with two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and mirror. The toilet is separate.
Sliding doors lead from the living room to the beautiful terrace (20 m2) overlooking the dunes and the sea!
They have a storage room.

Uns hat die geräumige Wohnung mit den tollen und großen Panoramafenstern sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmacklich eingerichtet und dekoriert, dazu top ausgestattet. Der schöne und große Balkon mit Meerblick macht die Sache dann perfekt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, wir haben rein gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Super schöne Wohnung. Sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Ideale Wohnung für 4 Personen. Es wäre auch kein Problem mit 6 Personen hier Urlaub zu machen.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und gemütlich ausgestattet mit allem, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Di Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Betten waren sehr bequem und der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche ist wunderbar. Von morgens bis abends kann man das Meer sehen. Auch der sehr große und breite Balkon könnte mit den Liegestühlen im Dezember genutzt werden, wir hatten völliges Glück mit dem Wetter. Aber auch die Lage direkt am Strand aber trotzdem fußläufig zur schönen Innenstadt war Klasse. Wir haben kein Auto benötigt in der ganzen Zeit. Rundum gelungen und perfekt

Der Meerblick war einfach großartig! Auch die Einrichtung des Wohnraumes hat uns sehr gefallen. Nett fanden wir auch die Flasche Wein, das Gebäck zur Begrüßung, und dass die Betten bei unserer Ankunft schon bezogen waren. Dankeschön!
