Feel like you are in paradise in this unique holiday home, which nestles on the hillside like a balcony above Lake Maggiore. The fantastic view that accompanies you through all the rooms will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
The newly renovated, spacious 2.5 room holiday home is located above the shore road in Porto Ronco and offers a breathtaking 180° panoramic view. It offers space for 2 to 4 people. The spacious, light-flooded living room is equipped with a cosy living area that can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people, a dining table and fireplace. State-of-the-art technology with high-speed internet, large flat-screen TV and air conditioning in all rooms is a matter of course. The large window fronts guarantee a view from every corner. Especially in the evening, the indirect lighting along the window front and the light sparkling on the lakeside from Ascona to neighbouring Italy conjures up a very special atmosphere. The spacious, semi-open kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances. There is a bathroom with shower and WC on this level. Several outdoor seating areas are available for a cosy meal, sunbathing or just relaxing.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower and WC. A parking space is available. From the car park an inclined lift leads you to the house, which you then reach by taking a few steps. The house is also accessible via a footpath. Not suitable for small children!

Super location, you feel comfortable right away. The vacation apartment offers everything that a traveler needs. If you are over 1.90m tall, you have to be careful at two spots, and the shower in the upper bedroom is difficult at this height. But there is a second higher shower. The view is fantastic, and Ronco is a very picturesque village. With a dog, it is a bit difficult. You have to walk quite far to find a non-paved area for them to run.

A house quasi "glued to the rock" - a unique experience. The breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore is hard to beat. Behind the windows, I felt like on the bridge of a large ship. Especially at dusk and at night with the lights of the surrounding villages, I couldn't get enough of the view. In terms of equipment, I have a few critical points, but nothing serious. Depending on how you look at it. Due to the location on an extremely steep slope, it is not recommended for people with dogs, as apart from a small piece of lawn at the lake below, there is virtually no green space around the house and in the nearby reachable area on foot. All in all, a stay of a special kind that you will never forget.
