The 3.5 room apartment with garden is suitable for 4 people and is located upstairs of a duplex with separate entrance. Entrance hall with wardrobe, shoe rack, broom cupboard. The living / dining room consists of a dining table with chairs, a sofa, closet and access to the covered terrace overlooking Lake Maggiore and the Brissago Islands. Separate small kitchen and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a direct exit to the terrace. Bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine.
The apartment has a beautiful garden overlooking the lake, which is equipped with a large dining table, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Sun loungers and parasols are available. Private car park. Charging station for electric car available for a fee. Please enquire if required.
The two-family house where the apartment is located above the village of Ronco sopra Ascona in a wonderful panoramic position just a few steps below the road. In the village of Ronco there are several restaurants and pizzeria, as well as a small shop. Ronco is accessible by public transport, the bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. A trip worth to Monti di Ronco at about 1000 meters above sea level and about 15 minutes where you can see recommendable typical Ticino Grotti. For shopping is Locarno, Ascona or even the centers Mercato Cattori offers in Losone or the shopping center in Tenero, which can be reached best by car. The Italian border is only a few kilometers away. Canobbio with his typical Italian Sunday market can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Ronco s/Ascona extends from Porto Ronco at about 200 metres to the height of 1300 metres in the mountains. The picturesque, quaint-looking centre rests on a prominence in the mountain side at a height of 350 metres. Three main horizontal roads connect the tortuous, vertical paths.
Ronco has always been an artists' village; Antonio Ciseri painted the altar picture in S. Martino church in 1870 where 15th-century frescoes depicting the four seasons can be admired. The German writer Remarque chose the shores of Porto Ronco as his favourite residence. A mild climate and spectacular scenery invite the nature-lover to visit this remarkable corner of Lake Maggiore.

Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Seeblick und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr grosszügig. Einzig die Küche ist etwas klein, aber für Ferien vollkommen ausreichend.

Very nice small apartment with its own parking space (very important in this hillside location!) and fantastic views of the lake and the Brissago Islands. For 4 people, we would have liked two more comfortable seating options in the living room and more fly screens for ventilation in hot weather. Otherwise everything was great - especially the care provided by the extremely friendly and helpful staff of FeWo Tessin Sagl. A small repair to one of the sun loungers was promptly taken care of on our request. Thanks again for that!

The location of the house has persuaded us to spend our vacation again this year at Casa Azalea. The view of Lake Maggiore all the way to Italy is indescribably beautiful. Pure vacation feeling. The location of the holiday home Casa Azalea is unique. The unobstructed view of Lake Maggiore extending far into the Italian part is incredibly beautiful. The house is well-equipped and has been renovated with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy is the glazed balcony, with frameless glass parts that can be opened as desired. Important in Ronco is the conveniently accessible parking lot.

The stay at Casa Azalea was fantastic! More than 5 stars! The service of Fewo Tessin, the super location of Casa Azalea, everything was available in the flat and a private parking space in front of the Casa is very much worth on this steep slope! We will come again!

The location of the Casa Azalea holiday home is unique. The unobstructed view of Lake Maggiore as far as the Italian part is indescribably beautiful.
The house is well equipped and has been lovingly renovated. The glazed balcony, frameless glass parts that can be opened at will, is to be emphasised.
Important in Ronco is the easily accessible parking space.

The location of the holiday flat Casa Azalea with its fantastic view is unique. Thanks to the sliding glazing of the terrace, we could enjoy this view in any weather and at any time of day. This is the second time we have stayed in this flat. The location is simply breathtaking! The expanse, the view of the lake and the islands ‘wonderful! The flat is very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything. And a big advantage, a parking space belongs to the flat! The handing over of the keys in the office of Fewotessin is also uncomplicated, bravo to this team. We will be back again!
