This bright and sunny vacation apartment includes a spacious living-dining area with large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa set, a dining table, open kitchen with free standing fridge and sideboard. From the spacious balcony, which is equipped with a dining table and 2 sun loungers, you can enjoy a great view of the lake and the surrounding area. The bedroom with double bed can accommodate 2 adults, in the living room the sofa is available for 1 child. The bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. A reserved parking space in the underground garage is available.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept residence in a central position, above the railroad line (TILO) and the lake promenade. Convenient access of the house to the underground garage, from where you can reach the apartment by elevator. The lake promenade of Muralto-Locarno can be reached in just a few minutes walk. There you will find numerous restaurants and bars, or you can take beautiful walks or bike rides from here. The center of Locarno is also within walking distance, as well as the train station and bus stops.
