The 3.5 room apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. The comfortably furnished apartment consists of a living-dining area with sofa and dining tabel and a small, separate kitchen. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the lake and promenade. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds (pull-out bed) is available. A bathroom with bathtub / WC. Reserved parking space in the underground car park.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment house on the lake promenade of Locarno-Muralto. Shops, restaurants, bars and playground are in the immediate vicinity. The train station, bus stop and boat harbour are about 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal for those who arrive by public transport. The promenade Via della Riva, which stretches from Locarno to Tenero, has a cycle track, public beaches, sunbathing lawns, playgrounds and restaurants.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, nahe an Bahnhof, Schiff, Stadt und der Seepromenade. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet.

L'appartement est bien situé, près des restaurants et à proximité du centre de Locarno. La cuisine et les chambres sont bien agencées et sa tranquillité permet de bien récupérer pendant les vacances. Pour le transport des bagages, on apprécie le garage fermé distant de 30 mètres du logement. La seule remarque que l'on peut faire, serait de baisser le réglage de la température pour la nuit de quelques degrés. Encore merci pour les belles vacances vécues à Locarno. Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement avec 2 jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement près de la place de jeux et la proximité des transports publics. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture tous les jours. Le logement était très confortable, bien agencé, décoration sobre mais avec beaucoup de goût et la cuisine bien équipée. Situation non loin des voies CFF, donc on entend tous les trains, mais on s'habitue très vite.

Appartement très bien situé à Muralto : idéal pour découvrir Locarno et ses environs. Bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes. Restaurants, glaciers et place de jeux à proximité - le top en famille.

Très bon accueil de la dame de la réception Fewotessin. Appartement lumineux, de bonnes dimensions pour deux personnes. Bien situé, très proche du centre ville. Mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un très bon séjour, nous envisageons de le relouer à la même période en 2022.

A very beautiful apartment in a great location, nicely furnished and very clean. It has everything you need for a holiday, and we were able to enjoy the balcony with the beautiful view every day. We particularly liked that we could park our car and bikes in the nearby underground garage. A small "luxury wish" might be a box spring bed, as the one provided creaked quite a bit. Nonetheless, we felt very comfortable overall and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Locarno. We would love to come back!

Direct view of the lake from the balcony, playground, restaurants and bathing area. The bedrooms are located on the shady side and are relatively comfortable even at high daytime temperatures. It was very clean and felt like home.

A very nice flat in a top location, nicely furnished and very clean.
You have everything you need on holiday, and we were able to enjoy the balcony with the beautiful view every day.
We found it very positive that you can park your car and bicycles in the nearby underground garage

A small "luxury wish" would be a box spring bed, the existing one creaked a lot.
But we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time in Locarno very much.
