The 3.5 room holiday row house for 4 persons consists of several mezzanines starting with the entrance area with a large wardrobe, a top equipped new kitchen and dining area with bench. On the lower living level there is the cosy living room with exit to the sunny terrace, which is equipped with a large dining table and offers a wonderful view and privacy. The upper living levels are furnished with a double bedroom with furnished balcony facing the lake and another double bedroom facing the mountain. Two bathrooms, one with shower/WC and one with bathtub/WC complete the offer. The seating area with stone table under vines provides shade on hot days. You can also use the outdoor pool of the complex. A private parking space is available. The house can be reached by about 40 steps.
The holiday resort Piccolo Mondo is situated on the sunny southern slope above Locarno/Minusio. The village centre of Brione s/Minusio is about 15 minutes on foot. There you will find several restaurants and a bakery. The bus stop to Locarno is about 140 m away and the bus stop Contra to Tenero about 700 m. For your daily shopping there is a small shop in Contra or the shopping centres in Locarno or Tenero, which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Explore the village and the wider surroundings on the countless, varied walks and excursions. The many restaurants and grotti in Brione or Contra offer the perfect atmosphere to relax after the walks.

Great house, excellently equipped, wonderful lake view and lots of sun. Inside a bit dark, but usually you are outside. Great kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer, really everything is there for the perfect vacation! And the bus stop is right at the door. You always need the car for shopping. The pool in the complex is also great. The information is also detailed and good.

The house is very beautiful. Super equipped with everything you need. Rarely have we had such a well-equipped and clean kitchen in other properties. The only thing we didn't like was that you always needed a car. We would have imagined being able to do more on foot. But the streets are narrow, and walking with a stroller would have been too dangerous for us. But that is really the only thing. Everything else is great.

A great apartment with a cool terrace and view. The apartment is well-equipped. You have neighbors on the left and right because it is a terraced house. The pool is easily accessible and very popular for cooling off. No problem by car. The bus to Brione s.Minusio Fanghi is easily accessible. It just doesn't run as frequently to Locarno. It is recommended to walk to Contra Costa for about 10 minutes and then travel to Locarno via Tenero Stazione. In Tenero, there is a Coop for shopping just like in Locarno. The region offers many possibilities. Overall, we had a very nice stay and can highly recommend this apartment.

Very well-kept, spacious and beautifully located townhouse. Magnificent views from the terrace and balcony over the Magadino bay of Lake Maggiore. The equipment in the house is very good, and the new, pretty kitchen is very functional. For those who like, there is a pool to cool off. We enjoyed the paradise-like ambiance and were extremely satisfied. We will definitely recommend this house! It's great that just a few steps from the holiday village there is a bus stop, so you can easily do without a car. The connections are good (Brione, Minusio, Locarno, etc.). There are many osterias, grottos, and bars nearby, and they are also within walking distance.

Very well maintained, spacious and beautifully situated terraced house. Wonderful view from the terrace and balcony over the Magadino Bay of Lake Maggiore.
The equipment in the house is very good, also the new, nice kitchen is very functional.
If you like, you can cool off in the pool that belongs to the house.
We enjoyed the paradisiacal ambience and were extremely satisfied. We will certainly recommend this house to others!
It's great that the bus stop is just a few steps from the holiday home, so it's easy to do without a car. The connections are good (Brione, Minusio, Locarno, etc.). There are many osterias, grotti and bars nearby, also within walking distance.
