This apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is generally nothing missing. The location is not suitable for guests without a vehicle.

We (2 adults with a dog) were very satisfied. The living space was generously and cozily furnished, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Large balcony. The residential area was very quiet. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the bus stops and to the center/lake. For us, it was not a problem at all; we practically traveled only on foot and by public transport (buses every 10-15 minutes to Locarno Centro). Shopping facilities were also available (Coop/Migros). We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

The apartment is well-equipped. The parking lot is in front of the building. There was little traffic. The children had a short bike ride to the beach, and it was also easy to walk to the concerts in town. The bakery on Via Aerodromo is great, and we also got eggs and butter there for our first breakfast after arriving. The balcony is large and covered. It was a nice week.

We spent two very relaxing weeks at La Quercia. The holiday property is ideally located, making it possible to occasionally do without a car and leisurely walk into the village center in about 15 minutes along the road or a bit longer (but more beautiful) along the lakeshore. The apartment itself is very comfortably furnished and offers everything you need (or could need) on vacation, even the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a larger meal (including good pans and knives, which is rare in holiday rentals). Very comfortable beds (the bedrooms are located on the quiet side of the house), plenty of storage space, and a very large balcony complete the overall picture. You can feel that the owners of the apartment care that not only they themselves, but also the guests feel completely comfortable and at home from the very beginning. We only missed one or two lounge chairs for the siesta on the terrace :-) That would have been the icing on the cake. This is the second time we booked through Fewo Tessin Sagl and once again we were impressed by the service from booking to the uncomplicated key handover. This is how it should be!

It was good to stay at La Quercia. The apartment is nice with a lot of good facilities. It's clean and specially the big balcony is a nice place to sit and have breakfast or diner. The only thing we actually missed was airco because of the heat. But with the big fan we were able to cool the room.

We stayed here for the 2nd time and were again very satisfied. The location is top! Quiet and yet close to the centre, but also close for a walk to the Lido. Perfect with dog and children. Clean and well equipped. Very uncomplicated booking. We will be happy to come back!

We had 2 weeks of sunshine, golden autumn - what more could you want? In November the lake promenade (with dog) is a dream, on a beautiful path along the golf course in 10 minutes. The flat has everything you need for a holiday, and it is absolutely quiet on the bedroom side. We had a very nice holiday!

Super holiday flat bright and spacious with lots of relaxation in nature, we felt totally comfortable. As my husband and I love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen was simply brilliant. We always combine holidays with new ideas and research for our own business and so we were able to use the super fast internet access ideally, gladly again. G.Schumacher

Very nice, bright flat with a large terrace. The location in the green, near the Maggia, was perfect for our family with 2 children and dog - by bike you can also quickly reach the centre of Ascona and the lake.

We are travelling with a toddler, 3 years. This flat offers everything you could wish for in a holiday flat for a small family. Top equipment incl. children's dining seat, children's plates and cups. A new kitchen and a large balcony. A car is recommended, but not a must - as public transport (bus) passes very close by. The golf course is just around the corner. A bakery 10 minutes walk, a grocery shop 15 minutes walk as well as the Maggia delta, 15 minutes and the Piazza of Ascona 20 minutes - So it hardly gets more central. Many thanks also to fewotessin for the smooth handover! We are looking forward to our next holiday in Ascona, in the holiday flat "La Quercia".

Very nice and well-kept flat. There is really everything you need. The flat is in very good condition and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The key delivery was no problem with the car, but I imagine it is very inconvenient if you arrive by public transport. It is only a 15 minute walk to the promenade of Ascona. It was a great holiday. The flat itself is very comfortably furnished and offers everything you need (or could need) on holiday, even in the kitchen everything is ready to prepare a larger menu (even good pans and knives that cut, which is rather rare in holiday flats). Very good beds (the bedrooms are on the rear, quiet side of the house), lots of storage space and a very large balcony complete the overall picture. You can feel that it is important to the owners of the flat that not only they themselves, but also the guests feel at home from the first second. We only missed one or two deck chairs for the siesta on the terrace :-), that would have been the icing on the cake.

Tastefully furnished flat with contemporary kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for walks with the dog along the old airport runway or meadow towards Maggia. The centre is about 20 minutes away on foot. The booking and handover process went smoothly and the communication by e-mail was prompt and courteous.

Bright and comfortably furnished holiday flat with great kitchen and super equipment. Spacious terrace with a view of the mountains invites you to linger. We were there with our children and felt completely comfortable. Quiet location but still close to the centre. Ascona and Locarno are very easy to reach by car or bike. We will gladly come back and can only recommend it.
