Overall, we felt very comfortable. The apartment is not too far from the beach - on the other hand, the shopping center is also within walking distance. From a location perspective, it is actually ideal. The beds are quite comfortable - we have had quite different experiences before. We did not miss anything in the kitchen. The seasonal basket is also a plus point, as is the washing machine. What was not entirely clear to us is why there apparently is no separate bin for packaging in this house. In all neighboring houses, however, that seems to be the case.
