Upper floor flat with 61 sqm, 2 bedrooms and balcony - 4 persons + infant (up to 3 years)

Your holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the half-timbered house. A shared staircase leads to the entrance area with wardrobe.

The LIVING and EATING AREA is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, armchairs, coffee table and chest of drawers. Flat screen TV, radio, CD player and WLAN provide entertainment.
The dining area invites you to play games together or to have breakfast. From here you can access the east-facing, partially covered and furnished BALCONY. A barbecue is available in the private garden with seating area.

Open KITCHEN: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many other cooking utensils.

BATHROOM: Underfloor heating, bath, shower, washbasin, mirror, WC and shelf.

There are a total of 2 BEDROOMS with double bed (180x200 cm), or 2 single beds (90x200 cm) and wardrobe.

The linen package can be booked for 20 euros p.p. in addition.

There are 2 car parking spaces and a lockable bicycle storage room.

Location and surroundings of object

The municipality of Pruchten is only a few kilometres away from Fischland-Darss-Zingst, from which it is separated by the Saaler and Barther Bodden. It is about 8.5 kilometres to the nearest sandy beach, which can also be covered by bicycle - thanks to a cycle path. On the way there, you cross the new Meiningen Bridge, from which you have a great view of the old Meiningen Bridge. It is now closed to traffic, but is an impressive steel construction.

On Fischland-Darss-Zingst, a trip to the Baltic Sea spa of Zingst is worthwhile. Thanks to its mostly low buildings, it has retained the charm of a fishing village. A walk on the pier offers a beautiful view of the peninsula's kilometre-long sandy beach. Further west lies the Baltic resort of Prerow. Here, it is best to start a hiking tour through the national park towards the Darsser Ort lighthouse and the western beach.

Shopping facilities can be found in the Vineta town of Barth, about 6.5 kilometres from Pruchten.
