Your cozy holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house. You enter the living area through a separate entrance with a small step. In the entrance area, a large cupboard houses cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. Timber framing separates the entrance area from the living area. LIVING AREA

A large window lets plenty of light into the living area. From here you also have access to the furnished TERRACE, which includes a private beach chair and a hammock. Garden for exclusive use. The highlight is a grill hut with space for up to 6 people. End the evening by a warming fire.

Cozy vacation apartment
Vacation with two children in the holiday apartment was no problem. The kitchen is fully equipped, the furniture is a mix of modern and rustic. The provision of bicycles and a bike trailer was great. The only thing to criticize is the outdoor facilities. These are partially worn out and the playground is dilapidated. Overall, the apartment is recommended.

Liebe Gäste, es freut uns dass Sie eine schöne Zeit in Zingst hatten. Fahrräder wird es ab 2025 nicht mehr geben, da diese leider oft nicht pfleglich von Gästen behandelt wurden und somit sich die nachfolgenden Gäste beschwerten. Im Garten wird es in 2025 ein paar Veränderungen geben. Die Spielgeräte sind mittlerweile nicht mehr die neuesten, aber "baufällig" ist der Spielplatz sicher nicht.

Wonderful holiday apartment
We were very happy to be guests in this lovingly furnished holiday apartment. Everything is well thought out, everything is there! The apartment is cozy and large enough for 2 adults and 3 (small) children. The location is great. You are at the beach in just a few minutes and only a short distance from the city center. The cleanliness is also worth mentioning. There was nothing to complain about, and we also found ourselves in corners that did not meet the standard due to our children's dropped toy pieces - everything was really very clean. The contact in advance was friendly, very accommodating, timely, and open to individual arrangements. Thank you very much for that!
