The well-kept apartment building is situated in a sunny location on the outskirts of Garmisch. The nearest shopping facilities such as a bakery, greengrocer's and bacon store and the bus stop are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Access to cross-country ski trails within walking distance.
The 2-room apartment is furnished in country house style and has a living room with a comfortable couch and armchair. The light-flooded bay window with cozy dining table, typical for Upper Bavaria, serves as an eye-catcher from the living room. Direct access from the living room to the spacious southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with comfortable furniture. The modern kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. For a restful night's sleep, there is a bedroom made of Swiss stone pine with a double bed and large closet, which offers enough space for your vacation wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. The spacious entrance area is complemented by a separate checkroom and a guest WC with washbasin.
A magnificent mountain view of the Alp and Zugspitze from the sunny terrace will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

The Kreuzeck holiday apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - from amenities, room layout to the garden. The bright dining area is great and offers plenty of space. The location is great, not directly in the center, but within walking distance of just 25 minutes through a residential area. A parking space in the underground garage is included. Shopping facilities and excellent bakeries are just around the corner. We will gladly come back!

Great accommodation with enough space for 4 people. We felt comfortable all around. By car you can reach the local mountain as well as the Kreuzeckbahn in 5 minutes. We would come back at any time.
