The well-kept apartment building is situated in a sunny location on the outskirts of Garmisch. The nearest shopping facilities such as a bakery, greengrocer's and bacon store and the bus stop are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Access to cross-country ski trails within walking distance.
The brightly furnished 4-room apartment, which extends over the ground floor and basement, has a tastefully furnished living room with a cozy couch and a Bavarian-style dining area, which is ideal for meals but also for games. From the living room you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace and garden. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils such as a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The large bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable double bed and a closet with enough space for your vacation wardrobe, while the small bedroom has a single bed and a comfortable couch. The large bathroom has a double washbasin, a bathtub with shower and a WC. An internal staircase leads to a spacious chill-out room with a large living area and flatscreen TV. The bedroom in the basement has a double bed and another flatscreen TV. Second bathroom with shower and WC.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil ist die stark befahrene Straße, abends ist es aber relativ ruhig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, für 5 Personen perfekt. Wohnung geht über 2 Stockwerke - UG und EG. Gemütliche und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Alles prima. Gerne wieder.

The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. From the secluded terrace, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The underground parking is easily accessible from the outside as well as through access from the staircase, which is very advantageous in bad weather. We felt very comfortable.
