The well-maintained apartment house is located in a sunny location on the outskirts of Garmisch. The nearest shopping facilities such as bakery, greengrocer as well as a bacon store and the bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Cross-country ski trail entrance in immediate walking distance.
The 2-room apartment, furnished in country style, has a living room with a comfortable couch and armchair. As an eye-catcher from the living room serves the typical for Upper Bavaria light-flooded bay window with cozy dining table. Direct access from the living room to the south and southwest balconies, these are equipped with comfortable furniture. The modern kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. For a restful sleep, the bedroom, made of pine wood, has a double bed and a large closet, which offers enough space for your vacation closet. Bathroom with bathtub and shower device as well as WC. The spacious entrance area is complemented by a separate wardrobe and a guest toilet with sink.
A magnificent mountain view from the sunny balcony to the Alp and Zugspitze makes your vacation an unforgettable experience.

The location of the appartment is really good. The appartment is very nice, the view is beautiful.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, alles ist neues. Für vier Personen ist perfekt geeignet. Schöne Ausblicke aus den Fenstern. Wir sind nach der Öffnungszeiten des Büro angekommen, aber hatten kein Problem den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Wohnung sehr sauber. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küche etwas klein. Gutes großes Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer. Einfache Zufahrt zum breiten TG-Stellplatz.

The flat is very cosy and well equipped, everything is new. It is perfectly suitable for four people. Beautiful views from the windows. We arrived after office opening hours but had no problem getting the key. Highly recommended.
