Great views from the many balconies. Location was in easy walking distance from the pedestrian area of Garmisch. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and seemed new.

Nachdem es uns im letzten Sommer hier so gut gefallen hat, und wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben, waren wir im Mai gleich wieder hier. Als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern. Wundervolle weitläufige stylisch gemütliche Ferienwohnung, alles wie beschrieben, für die heißen Tage mit Eiswürfelmaschine, für die kalten regnerischen Tage mit Sauna und Kamin. Die durchgeschwitzte Wanderkleidung lässt sich bequem in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine reinigen. Alles wunderbar! Die Zimmervermittlung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft, sauber und gepflegt! Wir haben sie insbesondere wegen der drei Schlafzimmer genommen - war perfekt für Familie mit zwei Kindern und Großeltern. Tolle Ausstattung auch mit Spielen für die Familie und Büchern. Wer den Skibus braucht muss ca. 900m laufen - also durchaus machbar. Supermärkte sind ca. 300m entfernt.

Schöne Wohnung; etwas in die Jahre gekommen; z.B. Sofa etwas abgegriffen; Lehne defekt; Fußboden vergilbt/verkratzt; Erlebnisdusche funktionierte nicht (verkalkt?). Abflüsse in Duschen waren verstopft, wir haben Abflussreiniger gekauft und etwas Abhilfe geschaffen; nicht optimal gereinigt (z.B. Türen/Türklinken starke Fingerabdrücke/Schmutz; z.Teil Staub; Küche rund um Herd verfettet; Fettspritzer an Wand); Saunahandtücher erst nach Nachfrage erhalten Insgesamt war es dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt; wir kommen gerne wieder zu Mahr`s

Luxus Ferienwohnung, 25 Minuten gehen zur Hausbergbahn. 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt vom Lebensmittelgeschäft. Wir hätten keine Wagen zur Verfügung aber das war kein Problem: alles war schon zo laufen. Alles was man braucht, war da: gute Küchen, 2 Badezimmer ;ein mit Sauna und 1 mit Bad;. Wir waren mit unsere Familie und die Grossmutter: das Appartement war gut für diese Zusammensetzung, weil es 2 Schlafzimmer mit grosses Doppeltbett; und 1 Schlafzimmer mit een kleines Doppeltbett ; gab. Diese Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Fernseher und ein Sofa. Zuletzt ist das Appartement sehr gut zugänglich weil es ein Lift gibt.

Die Wohnung und die Aussicht ist beeindruckend. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war gut bis sehr gut. Auch die Betreuung durch die Vermittlung war sehr gut. Die kleinen Abzüge beim Service und Gesamteindruck beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die Wohnung, die Kritik haben wir auch bei der Abreise in der Vermittlung genannt. So waren z.B. viele Lampen defekt, und bei den Sofas waren die Armlehnen lose. Den Gesamteindruck geschmälert hat auch die etwas dürftige Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Zum Beispiel fehlen Topflappen, und die Spülmaschine musste halbleer laufen, weil nicht genug Teller, normale Trinkgläser und Besteck vorhanden sind. Insgesamt hinterließ das den Eindruck, als ob zu selten jemand in der Wohnung nachsieht, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Daher auch der kleine Abzug beim Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich gehe davon aus, das hier wirklich etwas getan wird und würde die Wohnung daher trotzdem weiterempfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung "Alpenblick" bietet einfach alles, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Eine Mischung aus rustikaler Architektur und moderner Einrichtung macht das Appartement einzigartig. Mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, hochwertigem Interieur und Sauberkeit punktet die Wohnung. Vor allem das große Wohnzimmer ist ideal für schöne Familien-/Gruppenabende. Die Home-Sauna, ein Ankleidezimmer und eine private Tiefgarage übertreffen alle Wünsche. Der Balkon mit Rundumblick auf die Alpen ist atemberaubend und lädt zum Frühstücken/Abendessen im Freien ein. Insgesamt ist der Wohlfühlfaktor nahezu unübertrefflich und wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 90% wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Dies ist eine Top-Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger, aber trotzdem günstiger Lage. An Platz mangelt es wahrlich nicht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei großen Bädern und drei Balkonen in drei verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen. Die Sauna funktioniert einwandfrei und heizt sehr schnell auf die Solltemperatur. Man hat einen guten Blick auf die Berge in alle Richtungen. Einkaufen , Supermarkt, in fußläufiger Entfernung möglich. Garmisch Zentrum gute 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Fahrstuhl und einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Schließlich war die Schlüsselübergabe auch problemlos mit nettem Kontakt. Also kurz: es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben in der Wohnung ein paar schöne Ferientage verbracht, gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bot für uns als Familie mit 5 Personen sehr viel Platz. Negatives zur Wohnung kann ich nicht aufzählen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr komfortabel. Ein Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene etwas klein, daher würde ich die Wohnung für max. 5 Erwachsene anbieten. Mit Aufzug und Tiefgarage, Sauna und super ausgestatteter Küche und einem tollen Blick auf die Berge haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung "Alpenblick"verdient wirklich den Namen " Traumferienwohnung". Wir haben uns in der zentral, jedoch herrlich ruhigen, sehr geräumigen, hellen und hochwertig ausgestatteten Unterkunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Jeden Tag haben wir die wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon aus genossen. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit und kommen gerne einmal wieder....

The vacation rental was very comfortable. One bed is a bit small for two adults, so I would offer the apartment for a maximum of 5 adults. With an elevator and underground parking, sauna and a well-equipped kitchen, and a great view of the mountains, we felt very comfortable there.

We enjoyed our time in this huge vacation apartment. We lacked nothing. We especially enjoyed the view from the 3 balconies. It's a shame that we couldn't see the Zugspitze directly. The huge refrigerator with the integrated ice cube machine was impressive. Overall, a top offer at a fair price.

Great apartment, good, high-quality furnishings. Clean and tidy. Quiet residential area with a great location - the pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes. The car can stay in the underground garage; two parking spaces are included with the apartment. Good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Key handover went quickly and very friendly. Everything is fine.

Very nice, spacious apartment in a very central location. Many things can be done on foot. The equipment, especially in the kitchen, is above average. Nothing was missing even for extensive cooking. I can highly recommend the apartment and would rent it again myself if the opportunity arises.

This is a top holiday apartment in a very quiet, yet convenient location. There is certainly no shortage of space. The apartment is tastefully furnished with three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and three balconies in three different directions. The sauna works perfectly and heats up to the desired temperature very quickly. You have a good view of the mountains in all directions. Shopping and supermarkets are within walking distance. Garmisch center can be reached in a good 10 minutes on foot. There is also an elevator and an underground parking space. Finally, the key handover was also smooth with a friendly contact. In short, no wishes were left unfulfilled.

The apartment and the view are impressive. The furnishings and amenities were good to very good. The support provided by the agency was also very good.
The minor deductions in terms of service and overall impression are solely related to the apartment, and we also mentioned this criticism to the agency upon departure. For example, many lamps were defective, and the armrests on the sofas were loose.
The overall impression was also worsened by the somewhat inadequate kitchen equipment with dishes and other small items. For example, pot holders were missing, and the dishwasher had to run half-empty because there were not enough plates, normal drinking glasses, and cutlery. Overall, this gave the impression that no one checks on the apartment often enough to ensure everything is in order. Therefore, there is a small deduction in terms of value for money. I assume that something will be done about this and would still recommend the apartment.

Luxury vacation apartment, 25 minutes walk to the Hausbergbahn. 5 minutes walk from the grocery store. We didn't have a car available but that was no problem: everything was within walking distance.
Everything you need was there: good kitchens, 2 bathrooms; one with a sauna and one with a bathtub. We were with our family and the grandmother: the apartment was good for this composition because it had 2 bedrooms with a large double bed; and 1 bedroom with a small double bed. This bedroom also had a television and a sofa. Finally, the apartment is very accessible because there is an elevator.

Beautiful apartment; a bit dated; e.g. sofa slightly worn; backrest broken; floor discolored/scratched; experience shower didn't work (calcified?). Drains in showers were clogged, we bought drain cleaner and made some improvements; not cleaned optimally (e.g. doors/door handles with strong fingerprints/dirt; some dust; kitchen around stove greasy; grease stains on wall); sauna towels received only after inquiry.

Overall, it was still a pleasant stay; we would gladly come back to Mahr's.

The apartment is superbly equipped with a sauna, washing machine, two bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. In a few minutes' walk, you are in the city, there is a supermarket around the corner, so you can easily get by without a car. The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space, but there is also plenty of space overall to enjoy a nice vacation. Overall highly recommended!

Great accommodation, clean and well-maintained! We specifically chose it because of the three bedrooms - perfect for a family with two children and grandparents. Great amenities with games for the family and books.
If you need the ski bus, you have to walk about 900m - so it is quite doable. Supermarkets are about 300m away.

After we enjoyed ourselves so much here last summer and felt so comfortable, we came back in May. As a family with 2 adult children.
Wonderful spacious stylish cozy vacation apartment, everything as described, with an ice cube machine for hot days, and a sauna and fireplace for cold rainy days. The sweaty hiking clothes can be conveniently cleaned in the existing washing machine.
Everything is wonderful!
The room rental service is very friendly and accommodating.

The holiday apartment "Alpenblick" offers everything you need to unwind. A mix of rustic architecture and modern furnishings makes the apartment unique. The apartment impresses with spacious rooms, high-quality interior, and cleanliness. Especially the large living room is ideal for beautiful family/group evenings. The home sauna, a dressing room, and a private underground garage surpass all wishes. The balcony with panoramic views of the Alps is breathtaking and invites you to have breakfast/dinner outdoors. Overall, the feel-good factor is almost unsurpassable, and we can highly recommend the holiday apartment 90%.

The flat "Alpenblick" really deserves the name "dream holiday flat".
We felt completely at home in the centrally located, yet wonderfully quiet, very spacious, bright and well-equipped accommodation. Every day we enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.
