Arrive and feel good! The holiday apartment "Sonnenschein" has 70m² and is ideal for 2-4 persons. The apartment at the foot of the Zugspitze is very centrally located. From here you can reach the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in just a few minutes' walk, where you will find many cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities. Many beautiful walks and sporty hikes can be started right at your doorstep. Also the “Bayerische Zugspitzbahn” station, from where you can reach Germany's highest mountain by train, is not far away.

In the apartment there is a very comfortably furnished bedroom with a large double bed and a wardrobe. Another 2 persons find their sleeping place in the modern living room. There you will find a large table with 4 chairs and a flat screen TV.
The wooden kitchen in the holiday apartment "Sonnenschein" is also equipped with everything you need for your holiday. In the bathroom you will find a shower as well as a bathtub - so you have the choice. There is also a washbasin with mirror and a toilet.
If you arrive by car, a garage parking space is available.

Die Wohnung hat eine Superlage in Garmisch, ist luxuriös ausgestattet und die Tiefgarage war bei dem Schneeeinbruch ein Segen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit tollem Blick vom Balkon auf die Alpen. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum und kann von hier aus seine Wandertouren starten.

Hallo, einziges kleines Manko war aus unserer Sicht, das die Holzwand im Wohnzimmer tagsüber ohne Beleuchtung ist; den Raum dunkler erschienen ließ, aber das ist eine subjektive Meinung. Der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet, wir können diese Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die gesamten 10 Tage in Garmisch waren für uns sehr positiv und wir haben den Entschluß gefasst, im nächsten Jahr nochmals im August eine Zeit dort zu verbringen. Gern kommen wir zur gegebenen Zeit wieder zur Buchung auf Sie zurück. Vielen Dank und lieben Gruß aus HH Vera u.Achim Quaack

Die Wohnung war modern und sehr gut eingerichtet, alle erforderlichen Utensilien waren vorhanden, auch Wlan konnte kostenfrei genutzt werden. Ein Kompliment an die Besitzer, die mit viel Liebe die Wohnung hergerichtet haben. Die Lage ist ebenso phantastisch, schon am Morgen kann man den Blick auf die Berge genießen, während man gemütlich auf dem Balkon sein Frühstück einnimmt. Auch der Weg in die City oder zu Restaurants ist nicht weit, sodass man das Auto in der Tiefgarage bedenkenlos stehen lassen kann. Für weitere Strecken innerhalb Garmisch Partenkirchens und in die Umgebung steht der Stadtbus kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung "Sonnenschein" ist zu empfehlen. Wir werden für nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mir ein wunderschönes Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Nur ein Wasserkocher hat uns gefehlt aber sonst war alles perfekt!

The apartment was modern and very well furnished, all necessary utensils were available, and WiFi could also be used free of charge. A compliment to the owners who have prepared the apartment with a lot of love.
The location is also fantastic, in the morning you can already enjoy the view of the mountains while having breakfast comfortably on the balcony.
The way to the city or to restaurants is not far either, so you can leave the car in the underground garage without worries. For longer distances within Garmisch Partenkirchen and the surrounding area, the city bus is available free of charge.
The holiday apartment "Sonnenschein" is recommended.
We will book again for next year.

Hello, the only small flaw in our opinion was that the wooden wall in the living room is without lighting during the day; it made the room appear darker, but that is a subjective opinion.
The overall impression of the accommodation was excellent, we can recommend this vacation rental 100%.
The entire 10 days in Garmisch were very positive for us and we have made the decision to spend time there again next year, in August. We will gladly get back to you at the appropriate time to make a booking.

The vacation apartment lacks nothing, including sufficient storage space for clothing and luggage. It is ideally located for planned hikes and offers coziness in rainy weather. Garmisch-Partenkirchen can be wonderfully explored on foot from there. We can only recommend it for a vacation and would love to come back.

The apartment is ideally located, quiet, close to the center of Garmisch with all shops; walking distance to lifts, train station and all hikes. Kitchen fully equipped. Large balcony with beautiful mountain views. The walk from the parking space in the underground garage to the apartment with luggage is a bit inconvenient.
