The ALPE CAVALLACCIO is a paradise for nature lovers and families who want to experience a very special kind of holiday.
The holiday home is stylish and very comfortable.
There is a large barbecue place available.
The house is built according to sustainable ecological measures.
Electricity is extracted using solar energy.
A current generator is additionally available and guarantees a continuous power supply.
The stone house consists of a large kitchen with dining table and open living room leading directly to the covered terrace.
The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable
Both bedrooms have a direct exit to the property, the double has a large + comfortable double bed and in the children's room is a bunk bed + extra bed available.
A romantic small river leads past the house!
Enjoy from the terrace the panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding nature, while their children play safely on the fenced large area with large lawn and tree house.

The exclusive stone house is located in the forest above Stresa near Levo at the foot of Mount Mottarone.
The famous villages of Stresa and Baveno are just a few kilometers away.
The holiday home is the perfect place for nature lovers.
A small stream offers lots of fun for the children and the private large pond makes your holiday perfect.
Nearby is a small horse farm, a botanical garden, the hiking region of the Matterone with a cable car, golf courses, tennis club, etc.

We would like to point out that the stone house is isolated in the forest and can only be reached by a suitable vehicle.
If necessary, the landlord will provide you with a small additional vehicle. The route leads from the village of Levo, or the main road about km across an unpaved road through the forest. This makes the particular location and quality of the holiday object and provides the holidaymakers with a fun and recreational factor that a normal holiday can not offer!

Beautiful summer holiday
We had a very nice holiday on Lake Maggiore
The holiday home was super. Cleanliness was top, the view was beautiful and the property was very large.
Our children had a lot of fun! Our dog really enjoyed running around on the large property.
The hosts were excellent
Questions were answered quickly and the contact was just super friendly.

Forest Oasis
We love the waldoase and will come back next year. The dog has a great run because everything is fenced, the baby had plenty of grass to pluck (there is always a shady spot) and our daughter was very happy with swinging, sanding and playing in the water. The contact for any questions or concerns was perfect. The views and tranquility are priceless, thank you for a lovely week, next time we will stay longer.

Relaxation with our dogs
Dreamlike beautiful domicile. We could enjoy the days and our dogs felt very comfortable too. The property offers plenty of space to run around and the opportunity to take a short walk to the waterfall with the dogs off-leash. Hiking trail directly on the property with many opportunities to explore the surroundings. The terrace is the "balcony above Lake Maggiore" (just sit and enjoy).

Natur pur , einmalig schön gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben zu dritt mit unseren zwei Hunden eine wunderschöne Woche an diesem einzigartigen Ort verbracht . Direkt vom Haus aus gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten längere oder kürzere Wanderungen zu machen .Die vielen Seen in der Umgebung laden zu schönen Ausflügen ein .
Uns hat es wirklich ausserordentlich gut gefallen !

Traumurlaub
Wir haben zu viert mit Hündin zwei wunderschöne Wochen Ende Juli/Anfang August in der Casetta del Rio verbracht. Die Lage auf ca. 750 m ü. M., also ca. 500 Höhenmeter oberhalb des Lago Maggiore, ist einfach ideal. Von der Nordterrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht zwischen Verbania, Feriolo und Baveno mit dem Zufluß des Tosa Toce in den See, sowie die sich am nördlichen Horizont erhebenden Bergketten. Die Terrassen bieten fast ganztägig angenehmen Schatten, der große Garten mit dem riesigen Badeteich, in dem es auch Fische gibt und dessen Zufluß man bei der Zufahrt durchqueren muß, ist sehr gut gepflegt.
Die Ausstattung der Casetta del Rio ist gut, auf größere Elektrogeräte wurde verzichtet, was wohl der Stromversorgung durch Solarenergie geschuldet sein dürfte. TV, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi mit sehr schönem großen Gefriefach und Gasherd sind vorhanden. Auf Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle oder Kaffeemaschine muß man verständlicherweise verzichten. Dafür bekommt man nirgendwo besseren Kaffee, als den auf dem Gasherd in der traditionellen italienischen Espressomaschine gebrühten!
Direkt vom Grundstück führt ein Weg, ca. 600 m, zu einem Wasserfall mit kleinem See. Auch hier kann man sich in romantischer Kulisse an heißen Tagen abkühlen. Auch sonst läd die Umgebung zum Wandern ein.
Der Kontakt mit unseren Gastgebern war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen unsererseits gab es sofort Rückmeldung. Wir können die Casetta del Rio nur empfehlen.

Wandern,Erholung mit Hund
traumhafte Einzellage ,mitten im wald ,Ruhe und Erholung.Einzige Minus ,leider war der pool wie auf Bild nicht vorhanden. Kind hätte sich gefreut.Ansonsten sehr schön !!!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wer relaxen möchte, Ruhe und Entspannung sucht sowie gern in der Natur ist, wer Lust auf das Besondere hat und den schönsten Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Cassetta del Rio
Der Urlaub wird ein Traum für jeden, der es liebt nicht immer mit vielen Menschen zusammen zu sein. Dafür in der Natur und mit der Natur viel Zeit zu verbringen.
Wir als reine Stadtmenschen haben viele und ganz neue Erfahrungen gemacht. Es war toll. Danke auch für den Subaru.

Fam. Urlaub in Casetta del Rio
Wir (Fam. mit zwei kleinen Kindern) hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in der etwas schwierig zu erreichenden Casetta del Rio die jedoch traumhaft schön und ruhig gelgen ist. Ein ausgesprochen idyllisches Plätzchen mit schöner Terasse, viel Platz zum Spielen im Garten und mit einem sehr netten Vermieter.
