With a separate entrance and a parking space right outside the door, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday, especially for older and handicapped guests. The surrounding sun terrace offers a sheltered and secure feeling and is well shielded. The apartment is lovingly designed in harmonious Baltic Sea colors and has a modern and cozy living room with SmartTV and music system, an open kitchen with everything necessary for self-catering, a bedroom with a double bed and workspace, as well as a spacious shower and bathtub and an additional guest toilet. Es war sehr schön und wir würden gern im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral und man findet alles schnell in kurzen Wegen.

Leider ist das Schloß in der Gartenpforte immer noch gewöhnungsbedürftig und einfach unzumutbar! Es wäre schön, wenn ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch im Dezember mit einem neuen Schloß überrascht werden würde ?!?

Die Angabe des Passwortes für das Wlan im Infobrief oder den Info- Unterlagen wäre schön gewesen. So musste dieses am Router abgelesen werden. Ein Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse wäre für uns schön gewesen. Sonst alles toll! Die Couchecke ist super.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die gute Ausstattung kommt besonders in der Küche zur Geltung, eine Ferienwohnung ,wo nicht nur das Nötigste vorhanden ist sondern immer noch etwas mehr. Schön ist auch der kleine private Aussenbereich.

Ich bin absolut schockverliebt in diese Wohnung.Ich kenne schon einige Ferienwohnungen über PAS, die alle sehr schön sind ...aber diese Wohnung setzt neue Maßstäbe..einfach ein Traum mit Garten. Leider bin ich Hundehalter und damit fällt für mich ein Besuch im nächsten Jahr dort leider aus. Vielleicht findet sich ja doch ein Weg..wie z.B. die Erlaubnis kleine Hunde mit anreisen zu lassen? Das wäre gerade für diese Wohnung zu wünschen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, schnelles Handeln bei Fragen und Problemen. Auch wenn es nicht in ihrer Macht liegt, ein besseres Internet und WLAN wären wünschenswert. Wir haben ins sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern einmal wieder zum Urlaub

Es war tagsüber sehr laut. Aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen bei der strandnahen Lage. Was mir sehr gefehlt hat war eine bequeme Liege auf der Terrasse. Da ich große Probleme mit der Wirbelsäule habe, hätte ich gerne mal draußen auf der Terrasse gelegen. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen. Super Insel , tolle Landschaft. Freundliche Mitarbeiter vom PAS.

Unfortunately you noticed that the flat was not rented before now in winter, there were a lot of cobwebs, dust and the dishes were greasy and partly dirty.... Extra work lighting would be nice in the kitchen. Definitely a second pot holder too as you can't drain a hot pot with just one glove. We have enriched their stock with a potato masher ;-) All just small comments, no criticism. We were satisfied as always and will gladly come again!

It was very noisy during the day. But you have to put up with that because it is close to the beach.
What I really missed was a comfortable lounger on the terrace.
Since I have a lot of problems with my spine, I would have liked to lie outside on the terrace.
Otherwise we liked it very much. Super island, great landscape. Friendly staff from PAS.

Very nice accommodation, very nice staff, quick response to questions and problems.
Even if it is not in their power, a better internet and wifi would be desirable.
We felt very comfortable and would like to come again for a holiday

I am absolutely in love with this flat...I already know some holiday flats about PAS, which are all very nice...but this flat sets new standards...simply a dream with a garden. Unfortunately, I am a dog owner and so a visit there next year is out of the question. Maybe there will be a way..like allowing small dogs to come along? That would be desirable for this flat in particular.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, a few steps from the beach, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
The good equipment is particularly evident in the kitchen, a holiday home where not only the necessities are available but always something more. The small private outdoor area is also nice.

It would have been nice to have the password for the WiFi in the info letter or the info documents. We had to read the password on the router.
An ashtray on the terrace would have been nice for us.
Otherwise everything is great! The couch corner is great.
