The cleaning staff should work a bit more carefully, e.g. there were marks/water stains from toothbrush cups visible on the shelf above the toilet in the bathroom, and the shelf itself was very dusty. The toothbrush holders were also dirty on the inside. We put them in the dishwasher to check if they became clean that way. Otherwise, we were VERY satisfied. We found the dishware very good; we haven't experienced that in other accommodations.

We moved to the other bedroom because the mattresses were too hard and the room was too bright for sleeping. In the living room, we would have liked a second or wider sofa. (I didn't pay attention to that in the furnishings.) Otherwise, everything was perfect again.

We were guests of the PAS for the sixth time. We believe this explains everything. We gladly give five stars! We have never had anything to complain about. Arrive and feel good!

The friendliness on the phone was unfortunately not so good. In person, however, it was much better. Parking with an SUV was very tight. But it worked due to the low occupancy of the other apartments. Unfortunately, the smaller bedroom was made up with bed linen. Luckily, the sheet also fit on the larger bed, so we could easily move around in the apartment. The apartment is super equipped and decorated. It was really great.

Great praise to everyone. A roller blind in the bedroom would be nice or dark curtains. Accommodation top, both thumbs up. An armchair to lie down, to put up feet would be great, especially for older guests. Thank you for the lovely time we were allowed to spend in the apartment.

A small thing...the shelf in the shower is not quite secure anymore, something needs to be done about that. It's great that the complete windows are equipped with insect screens - very important in our case! The parking space belonging to the apartment would probably have been too tight to park a second car in the bay, if we had needed to use it. Cleanliness 1A, service superb. We have booked with you before, and it definitely won't be the last time! Thank you very much!

We felt very comfortable with them. I was particularly pleased with the fresh flowers on the dining table. One immediately felt at home. A bit of criticism: The kitchen appliances are somewhat outdated and could be replaced. Opening the cabinet with the house key is a bit cumbersome, as one always has to get out of the car, which is not ideal in heavy rain. Parking permits would be more sensible and practical.

Very good is that there is enough dishware and not just 4 counted cups, glasses, etc. Thanks again to all the staff who are always friendly and competent.

Praise: One always has a very friendly contact.... quick feedback on questions, etc. Criticism: No real criticism... but this year I was somewhat shocked by the condition of the holiday apartment (lots of spiders, for example, & the condition of the broom & co.). The equipment is certainly also the responsibility of the owner. Overall, it was a very nice holiday that we also enjoyed spending indoors.

We have been to "Wellenreiter" several times and will come back next year. We like the location of the vacation apartment. It is quiet and not far from the beach. Our two dogs also feel very comfortable every time.

We spent our first vacation in Wellenreiter from October 17 to October 24, 2009 - we believe that this says more than words........ and we are already coming back on March 21, 2020--- and look forward to it anew every time. Great, clean apartment with everything you need for a vacation. The only point of criticism is that the toilet brush was broken halfway up the handle. So only half a brush was in the holder. It was still functional, of course, but we were surprised by such an easily changeable detail in an otherwise beautiful apartment.

The apartment is top-notch, the only thing that bothered us was the couch, it is very uncomfortable due to the sloping seat. The parking lot in the very back corner is unfortunately poorly lit and parking is difficult. It's also a shame that everything is pitch dark in the evening at the Schwarzen Busch, so you can't take a walk or go back to the water. Something urgently needs to be done about this, especially considering the prices are not exactly low. Big praise for allowing us to bring two dogs to this great apartment, unfortunately hardly possible anymore everywhere.

After our fourth visit to the PAS houses, we can only confirm that everything was great again! The five stars for all categories are not exaggerated. We arranged our arrival so that we didn't have to take the key from the anonymous box, but could receive it from the always nice ladies in the office! We feel at home from the very beginning!

The accommodation was very nice and comfortably furnished. Everything was available in the kitchen, perfect. Small point of criticism, the beds could be harder, but that is different from person to person, so half as bad.

We had wonderful days in the Wellenreiter flat and on the island of Poel. The flat is super equipped with everything your heart desires! Short walk to the beach, to fetch bread and very friendly staff on site!
