The "Wellenreiter" apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. It is located directly on the beach of Schwarzer Busch and offers space for 4 people on an area of 73 m². In the living room, there is a fireplace and two south-west terraces, one of which has a beach chair. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 + 160x200) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. If you are traveling with children, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. A Wi-Fi connection is available to you free of charge. Wheelchair accessible! Non-smoking apartment!!! Pets welcome!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt. Besonders haben mich die frischen Blumen auf dem Esstisch gefreut. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause. Etwas Kritik: Die Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden. Das öffnen der Schranke mit dem Hausschlüssel ist etwas mühselig, da man immer aus dem Auto steigen muss, was bei stark Regen nicht ideal ist. Da wären Parkkarten sinnvoller und praktisch.

Sehr gut ist,dass es ausreichend Geschirr gibt und nicht nur 4 abgezählte Tassen,Gläser etc . Dank auch noch einmal an alle Mitarbeiter, die immer freundlich und kompetent sind.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Außerdem ist sie gut durchdacht und sehr gemütlich!

Lob: Man hat jederzeit einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt.... schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen usw.. Kritik: Keine wirkliche Kritik... aber in diesen Jahr war ich doch etwas erschrocken über den Zustand der Ferienwohnung (jede Menge Spinnen z. Bsp. & der Zustand von Besen&Co.). Das Equipment ist sicherlich auch Sache des Eigentümers. Grundsätzlich war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den wir auch gern drinnen verbracht haben.

Wir waren schon einige male im "Wellenreiter" und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Uns gefällt die Lage der Ferienwohnung. Es ist ruhig und nicht weit zum Strand. Auch unsere beiden Hunde fühlen sich jedes mal sehr wohl.

Es war unser 3.Urlaub in diesem Objekt (der zweite in dieser Wohnung) ... und wird nicht der letzte sein! Den 2. & 3. Urlaub haben wir telefonisch gebucht und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren & sind einfach nur nett und sehr hilfsbereit, es hat alles IMMER SUPER geklappt ... großes Lob !!!!

Ich hoffe, daß die schwarzen Sterne richtig gesetzt sind! Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub im Wellenreiter vom 17.10. bis 24.10.2009 verbracht- wir glauben, daß dies mehr als Worte aussagt........ und wir kommen am 21.03.2020 schon wieder--- und freuen uns jedes Mal auf`s Neue. The apartment is top-notch, the only thing that bothered us was the couch, it is very uncomfortable due to the sloping seat. The parking lot in the very back corner is unfortunately poorly lit and parking is difficult. It's also a shame that everything is pitch dark in the evening at the Schwarzen Busch, so you can't take a walk or go back to the water. Something urgently needs to be done about this, especially considering the prices are not exactly low. Big praise for allowing us to bring two dogs to this great apartment, unfortunately hardly possible anymore everywhere.

After our fourth visit to the PAS houses, we can only confirm that everything was great again! The five stars for all categories are not exaggerated. We arranged our arrival so that we didn't have to take the key from the anonymous box, but could receive it from the always nice ladies in the office! We feel at home from the very beginning!

We spent our first holiday in Wellenreiter from 17.10. to 24.10.2009 - we believe that this says more than words........ and we are already coming back on 21.03.2020---
and we are looking forward to it every time.

It was our 3rd holiday in this property (the second in this flat) ... and will not be the last!
The 2nd & 3rd holiday we booked by phone and the staff were & are just nice and very helpful, everything has ALWAYS worked SUPER ... high praise !!!!

The accommodation was very nice and comfortably furnished. Everything was available in the kitchen, perfect. Small point of criticism, the beds could be harder, but that is different from person to person, so half as bad.

We have stayed at the "Wellenreiter" a few times and will be back next year.
We like the location of the flat. It is quiet and not far from the beach. Our two dogs also feel very comfortable every time.

Praise: One has a very friendly contact at all times.... quick feedback for questions etc..
Criticism: No real criticism... but this year I was a bit shocked about the condition of the flat (lots of spiders, for example, & the condition of brooms & co.).
The equipment is certainly also the responsibility of the owner.
Basically it was a very nice holiday, which we also liked to spend indoors.

Hello dear PAS people,
yesterday I sent my evaluation, but it doesn't seem to have come off.
Once again, we felt very comfortable and will be back in March - if Corona allows it.

We had wonderful days in the Wellenreiter flat and on the island of Poel. The flat is super equipped with everything your heart desires! Short walk to the beach, to fetch bread and very friendly staff on site!
