Description

The apartment "Sommerloft" is a spacious accommodation over two levels right on the beach of Schwarzen Busch. With a size of 68m², it offers enough space for up to four people. The apartment has a bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with a double bed in the attic, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. The open bathroom in the attic is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. On the living level there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy the side view of the sea and the fresh sea air from your balcony.

A cot for the small guests is provided by the owner. A highchair can be rented via PAS.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Schon der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach klasse: Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Auch wenn sich direkt unter der Wohnung ein Kiosk befindet, ist es dort erstaunlich ruhig, da auch kaum Autoverkehr herrscht (nur Anwohner parken direkt vor Ort, der öffentliche Parkplatz ist ein kleines Stück entfernt was für angenehme Ruhe sorgt). Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie ruhig das Haus ist – obwohl es voll belegt war, haben wir von den Nachbarn absolut nichts gehört. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, geräumig und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, und die Auswahl an Geschirr ist super. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der überdachte Balkon; so konnten wir selbst bei schlechterem Wetter gemütlich unseren Kaffee draußen genießen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Ein kleines Manko gab es zwar: Der Abfluss im Bad roch etwas. Da wir die Badezimmertür einfach geschlossen gehalten haben, war das für uns aber kein großes Problem. Zudem ist die Wendeltreppe ins Dachgeschoss zum Schlafzimmer recht steil und etwas wackelig – da wir sie aber nur abends für den Weg ins Bett und morgens zum Aufstehen genutzt haben, hat uns das wenig gestört. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Beautiful apartment, we felt very comfortable. It would be nice if there were mosquito nets on the doors to the balcony and on the skylights. One must know that the stairs to the bedroom are a bit narrow, but upstairs there is a very nice room. There is no elevator in the stairwell.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, we have been to the Summer Loft many times. Unfortunately, there are more and more issues that simply remain unresolved. The price, unfortunately, does not adjust to this. On the contrary. We have learned that a new owner is being sought. However, if the current one is no longer willing to invest and maintain, it is only fair to inform your guests and adjust the price downward. - Jalousie (left roof window) in the bedroom defective
- Seal faucet (sink and bathtub upstairs) defective
- Tiles bathtub defective (for years!), tile adhesive takes 3 minutes
- Shower downstairs defective (could not be used at all!) ) - we informed you about this during the stay - no fixing, no concessions - kitchen faucet no pressure, just splashing - kitchen hanging cabinet sliding door defective (also for years) - living room lamp (left in front of the window) light bulb defective - hallway cabinet sliding doors defective (hazard especially for children!! ) - inadequate cleaning upon move-in (dust and musty smell), we have already mentioned this several times. We have booked the summer loft again in a few weeks and expect a change, either in the aforementioned issues or in the booking price - this really can't be! Best regards to the owner, who should have a bit more financial leeway due to our stay.
