Description

The apartment "Sommerloft" is a spacious accommodation over two levels right on the beach of Schwarzen Busch. With a size of 68m², it offers enough space for up to four people. The apartment has a bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with a double bed in the attic, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. The open bathroom in the attic is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. On the living level there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy the side view of the sea and the fresh sea air from your balcony.

A cot for the small guests is provided by the owner. A highchair can be rented via PAS.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. Pets are not allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception was exceptionally friendly and we felt welcome right away. The location of the apartment is simply great: it's only a few meters to the beach. Even though there is a kiosk directly under the apartment, it is surprisingly quiet there, as there is hardly any car traffic (only residents park directly on site, the public parking is a short distance away which ensures pleasant peace). It is particularly noteworthy how quiet the house is – although it was fully booked, we heard absolutely nothing from the neighbors. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, and really lovingly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need, and the selection of dishes is great. Another highlight is the covered balcony; this way, we could enjoy our coffee outside comfortably even in worse weather. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. There was a small drawback: The drain in the bathroom smelled a bit. Since we kept the bathroom door simply closed, it was not a big problem for us. Additionally, the spiral staircase to the attic bedroom is quite steep and a bit wobbly – but since we only used it in the evening to go to bed and in the morning to get up, it didn't bother us much. All in all, a great accommodation where we felt very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment, we felt very comfortable. It would be nice if there were mosquito nets on the doors to the balcony and on the skylights. One must know that the stairs to the bedroom are a bit narrow, but upstairs there is a very nice room. There is no elevator in the stairwell.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, we have been to the Summer Loft many times. Unfortunately, there are more and more issues that simply remain unresolved. The price, unfortunately, does not adjust to this. On the contrary. We have learned that a new owner is being sought. However, if the current one is no longer willing to invest and maintain, it is only fair to inform your guests and adjust the price downward. - Jalousie (left roof window) in the bedroom defective
- Seal faucet (sink and bathtub upstairs) defective
- Tiles bathtub defective (for years!), tile adhesive takes 3 minutes
- Shower downstairs defective (could not be used at all!) ) - we informed you about this during the stay - no fixing, no concessions - kitchen faucet no pressure, just splashing - kitchen hanging cabinet sliding door defective (also for years) - living room lamp (left in front of the window) light bulb defective - hallway cabinet sliding doors defective (hazard especially for children!! ) - inadequate cleaning upon move-in (dust and musty smell), we have already mentioned this several times. We have booked the summer loft again in a few weeks and expect a change, either in the aforementioned issues or in the booking price - this really can't be! Best regards to the owner, who should have a bit more financial leeway due to our stay.
