Welcome to the "Backbord" apartment - a charming ground floor apartment with approximately 59m² right on the beach of Schwarzer Busch. In front is the restaurant Traditionshaus Seeblick. The apartment has a living room with a large TV and a sofa bed, as well as a small terrace with garden furniture. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large TV and adjoins a small dressing room. The separate kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Pets are allowed, however, the apartment is non-smoking. A parking space is available at the house. Welcome to Poel!

Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, da kann man sich wohlfühlen und den Urlaub genießen. * Schön wäre es, wenn es für die 3 Stühle auf der Terrasse 3 einheitliche und neue Auflagen für die zukünftigen Gäste gäbe .....

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für 5 Sterne beim Wohlfühlfaktor fehlen leider Fliegengaze vor den Fenstern. Evtl könnte im Flur eine Schlüsselablage angebracht werden - aber das ist nur ein Vorschlag, der nicht in die Bewertung eingeflossen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

One more star would have been given if there had been a fly screen on at least two windows. You could ventilate more calmly, the mosquitoes like us particularly and I also react strongly to every bite, and there are also fewer stains on the white walls. The storage room/dressing room is very nice - it gives the husband enough space for his things.

Everything was very nice! The location, the furnishings, the cosiness. For dog owners it would be ideal if the terrace could be separated. Also, the bicycle racks would not have to be right in front of the window of the living room/dining table. Since we have dogs that react irritated to hoovers, a broom (hand brush + shovel) would be great for quick in-between. The flexible blinds were great, individually blocking sun or views from direct neighbours.
The light conditions and the room climate were pleasant. We really liked the kitchen equipment. The dog beaches were easy to reach for us and we could enjoy the day there quite freely.

The flat is very nicely divided and we felt comfortable.
For 5 stars in the feel-good factor, unfortunately, flyscreens in front of the windows are missing.
Perhaps a key rack could be installed in the hallway - but this is just a suggestion that was not included in the rating.
We would like to come again.
