Exposed location above the steep coast between Moraira and Javea
The house is located in the urbanization - Cumbre del Sol - about
5 km from Moraira.
Moraira is a small but fine former fishing village and has
preserved a piece of the past. It is rightly called the "Pearl of the Costa Blanca".
Massive mountain ranges surround the valley in the distance. In the pedestrian zone
you will find many restaurants and shops. The marina and the newly designed small beach promenades around the Maurenburg are also particularly attractive.
A pleasure is the drive along the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe with breathtaking views of the sea.
