On request, only the ground floor (4 persons) or ground floor and
the flat (6 persons) can be rented together.
The approx. 4 x 8 metre private mosaic pool with Roman steps,
is available for your exclusive use. Spacious sun terraces with barbecue fireplace invite you to relax.
The very personal, comfortable living ambience in Spanish style leaves nothing to be desired by our guests
our guests' every wish.
The house is located in the urbanisation - Cumbre del Sol - about
5 km from Moraria.
Moraira is a small but nice, former fishing village and has kept a piece of its past
preserved a piece of the past. It is rightly called the "Pearl of the Costa Blanca"
of the Costa Blanca".
Massive mountain ranges surround the valley in the distance. In the pedestrian zone
you will find many restaurants and shops. Particularly attractive are also the
Yacht harbour and the newly designed small promenades around the
Moorish castle.
The drive along the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe is a delight with wonderful views of the sea
with wonderful views of the sea.
