Welcome to the holiday apartment Villa Glicina in Benitachell!
Our charming and fresh renovated holiday apartment (Glicina is the Spanish name for Wisteria) is located on the cliffs of Cumbre del Sol and offers space for up to 4 guests in 70 square meters of living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 living-dining area and 1 bathroom. The apartment is designed to be barrier-free. There are 3 solar panels with 300 liters of storage for warmwater
The apartment also has a partially covered outdoor area/terrace with beautiful sea views of the Cabo de la Nao and its lighthouse and, in clear weather, a view of Ibiza. Here you can watch the container ships passing by and the cruise ships in the evening.
A beautifully landscaped garden, with romantic lighting at night, surrounds the apartment where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna. You will be amazed by the variety of plants and trees that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
In the garden area you will find another relaxation area covered with electric cloud awning with a permanently installed outdoor kitchen (gas BBQ) and, if necessary, a pizza oven, where you can spend and enjoy cozy evenings.
To refresh yourself, you can use our private fitness pool (salt water) and a large communal pool, approx. 50m above the house. Surrounded by tropical plants and overlooking the azure sky, these are perfect places to relax and soak up the sun.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including a microwave, kettle, egg cooker and a coffee machine. You can enjoy your meals in the cozy atmosphere of the living-dining room or in the covered outdoor area, which is furnished with stylish furniture and plants.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high quality mattresses and linens to ensure you have a restful sleep. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and smoke detectors.
All rooms have fly screens on the windows.
A washing machine, iron and free WiFi are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A new Smart TV completes the whole thing.
Please note that our holiday apartment is non-smoking. This means that smokers are welcome, but the apartment is a smoke-free zone out of consideration for all other guests. Smoking is of course allowed outside.

Benitachell is a charming Spanish town on the Costa Blanca.
Benitachell with the residential area Cumbre del Sol / Sonnengipfel is beautifully landscaped between the Cabo de La Nao, the easternmost tip of Spain, and the “Cabo D'Or” in the south.
There are numerous viewpoints (miradores) here that offer wonderful views of the Mediterranean and the rural surroundings.
Mainly grapes (Moscatel) and almonds are grown here, especially at the foot of the Montgó mountain (the "sleeping elephant").
You can enjoy a Mediterranean climate all year round; the WHO calls it one of the healthiest climate areas in the world with an average annual temperature of 28 ° in summer and 18 ° in winter.
The approximately 2 km long coast of Benitachell is characterized by unique, wild cliffs and secluded bays.
It offers ideal conditions for water sports and diving.
The most popular stretch of beach is the car-free "Playa del Moraig", accessible in summer with a shuttle bus
Hidden by high cliffs lies the bay “Testos” with a nudist beach.
