Welcome to the holiday apartment Villa Glicina in Benitachell!

Our freshly renovated, charming holiday apartment (Glicina is, by the way, the Spanish name for wisteria) is located on the cliffs of Cumbre del Sol, offers space for up to 4 guests on 70 square meters of living area with 2 bedrooms, 1 living-dining area, and 1 bathroom. The hot water supply is solar-powered.
The apartment is designed to be barrier-free.
Attention! For allergy reasons, pets are unfortunately not allowed. A 360° apartment tour is available at villa-glicina.de.

The apartment also features a partially covered outdoor area / terrace with a beautiful sea view of Cabo de la Nao and its lighthouse, and on clear days, a view all the way to Ibiza. Here you can watch passing container ships and, in the evenings, cruise ships, while palm trees sway in the wind and, if present, clouds drift over the rooftops of the houses. A beautifully landscaped garden, romantically lit at night, surrounds the apartment, where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna. You will be delighted by the variety of plants and trees, which create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
In the garden area, another relaxation zone awaits you, covered by an electric awning, with a built-in outdoor kitchen (gas BBQ) and, if desired, a pizza oven, where you can spend and enjoy cozy evenings. For your refreshment, our private fitness pool (saltwater) as well as a large communal pool, located about 50m above the house, are at your disposal. Surrounded by tropical plants and with a view of the azure blue sky, these are perfect places to relax and enjoy the sun.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a toaster, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, and a coffee machine. You can enjoy your meals in the cozy atmosphere of the living-dining room or in the covered outdoor area, which is furnished with stylish furniture and plants.

The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality mattresses from our own production (saarschaum.de) and bed linen to guarantee you a restful sleep. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and smoke detectors.
All rooms have fly screens on the windows. A washing machine, an iron, and free Wi-Fi are also available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A new smart TV completes the package.

For business travelers who require a longer stay, we have set up a desk with a LAN connection.
The internet has been updated, so a speed of over 200 Mbit/s is now available.

Please note that our holiday apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. That means smokers are welcome, but the apartment is a smoke-free zone out of consideration for all other guests. Of course, smoking is allowed outside.

Location and surroundings of object

Benitachell is a charming Spanish town on the Costa Blanca.
Benitachell, with the residential area Cumbre del Sol / Sonnengipfel, is beautifully situated between the Cabo de La Nao, the easternmost point of Spain, and the "Cabo D´Or" to the south. There are numerous viewpoints (Miradores) here that offer a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the rural surroundings. In the region, mainly grapes (Moscatel) and almonds are cultivated, especially at the foot of Montgó mountain (the "sleeping elephant").

Throughout the year, the region enjoys a Mediterranean climate; the WHO regards it as one of the healthiest climate zones in the world with an average annual temperature of 28 °C in summer and 18 °C in winter.

The approximately 2 km long coastline of Benitachell is characterized by unique wild cliffs and secluded coves. It offers ideal conditions for water sports and diving.
The most popular beach section is the car-free "Playa del Moraig," accessible in summer via a shuttle bus.
Hidden by high cliffs, the "Testos" bay features a nudist beach.

The town of Benitachell itself is characterized by traditional Mediterranean architecture.
Enjoy a stroll through the small narrow streets.

Benitachell is a paradise for hiking trips. On the well-known routes, you can explore the wonderful hinterland. Highlights include the "Testa Gorge," the "de los Arcos" caves, and the "Falla del Moraig", as well as the so-called Pirate Trail (circular hiking trail) along the cliffs, from Playa del Moraig to Playa de Llebeig.

Our prices are for a maximum occupancy of 4 people and 1 week (7 nights).

All "normal" additional costs such as water, electricity, WiFi are already included in the costs.

Final cleaning, as well as key money for collection (here called as booking fee) upon arrival at the meeting point and key handover as well as final inspection upon departure by the property management and laundry packages (per person) are charged separately.

If you need additional things such as a high chair, baby bed, bottle warmer or similar, please speak to our property management. The possible

costs for these things are NOT included in our prices.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.

If the rental agreement is canceled (this also applies to cancellation by the landlord, e.g. due to late payment), the tenant will incur the following costs: Free of charge up to 90 days before arrival Up to 60 days before arrival 40% of Rental price Up to 30 days before arrival 70% of Rental price No refund if < 30 days before arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If this rule is violated, a penalty payment of €800 will be due, not withstanding any additional damage claims due to high consumption from the electricity provider.
