WORST VACATION EVER. In the picture, everything looked great until we arrived. Upon arrival, the smell of sewage hit you, almost all the light fixtures are broken, the oven doesn't work, the extractor hood doesn't work, the curtains are moldy, the air conditioning smells musty, and this was only noted on the first day. After having slept through the first night, we woke up and were completely covered in bed bug bites. Then the lady of the house came to visit, and we had to pay 50 euros for the electricity. Okay, I can understand that, and a photo of the meter reading was also taken by her, and there would be no extra costs for the electricity. She would send the photo to my wife as proof. Then we wanted to enjoy the villa and the pool, and we found out that all the loungers were broken, and the lounge sofa and the side table were also unusable because the seat was completely broken, the top of the side table was gone, and the cushions were completely moldy and could not be used. Then came the worst regarding safety, our dog was almost electrocuted by power lines that were live and just lying loose on the ground by the pool, and I wanted to lean against the fence to enjoy the view and almost fell down because the entire fence is loose, so this is not recommended if you are staying there with children. In the days that followed, we tried 3 of the 4 bedrooms that were available, but we found out that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had beds full of bed bugs, and we were bitten from head to toe, which is why we also went to the doctor, who confirmed it. The whole villa is poorly maintained, and the safety is very bad. The tiles are also loose and broken, and there are all sharp edges where you can hurt your feet. The day we left, the lady of the house came by again with another photo of the electricity meter and wanted to get another 70 euros from us. When I asked her to show the photos, she couldn't and didn't want to forward them either because she said she had no internet. We then called Belvilla and explained the situation, but they said if we don't have photos, they can't help us, so we were also scammed by the lady. We have tried several times to obtain the photos, but the lady has now blocked us, so that says enough. All in all, our stay was not as we had expected and is certainly not recommended for families with dogs and children. So my advice is to look further to avoid disappointment, and it costs enough money.

We had a dreamy vacation at Casa Anne. The house offers all comforts, and the location and view are simply stunning. The conservatory is wonderful, and we made full use of it. Initially, evenings were quite cool and very, very windy. By closing the conservatory, we could still sit out on the terrace. The pool is also beautiful, and we used it often. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. But we also often used the supermarket in Moreira. There are also many restaurants in Moreira. It takes about 15 minutes to get there. Thanks also to the property manager Viola for her kind care.

We felt very comfortable. Very quiet residential area, beautiful pool, large terrace. In the evenings, a fireplace in the living room on cool nights. Very good beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. We would love to come back. It was simply wonderful. We can only recommend it.
