Our cosy flat is located on a hill on the outskirts of Neukirchen am Teisenberg with an incomparable panoramic view of the Chiemgau mountains
The inviting holiday flat is located on the first floor with lift, is freshly renovated, has two rooms, is 48 m² in size and is modernly furnished. In the bright living room with open kitchen and a large dining table, there is a sofa bed with two sleeping places and a wardrobe. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m), a small desk and a large wardrobe. The modern kitchen is well equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. On the large balcony (13 m²) you can have breakfast with a wonderful view of the Teisenberg at sunrise or end the day comfortably.

Location and surroundings of object
Neukirchen is located near Teisendorf in the Rupertiwinkel in the Berchtesgadener Land district and is a true paradise for hikers and cyclists. The newly renovated outdoor pool right next door invites you to sunbathe and swim, and in the evening you can enjoy romantic Chiemsee sunsets at a sundowner in Chieming
The good transport links to the A8 mean you have every opportunity to explore the Chiemgau and Berchtesgadener Land. You can be at Lake Chiemsee in a quarter of an hour or in Berchtesgarden National Park and the Salzburg Festival in just under half an hour. The capital of the Chiemgau region, Traunstein with its numerous breweries, is also only 15 minutes away. Nearby Teisendorf is an idyllic market with a historic market street and various restaurants. In Neukirchen you will also find two well-run traditional inns, as well as a bakery and village shop, the parish church of Sankt Ulrich and tennis courts. The nearby local mountain, the Teisenberg, with the Stoißer Alm and the magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps, is worth a hike or mountain bike tour at any time of year.
Also in winter there are numerous possibilities open to you, with cross-country skis you can start directly from the house or go on a snow hike up the Teisenberg. Hikers meet up here, sit on the few benches or in the snow and enjoy the sunshine as well as the view of the mountains, the Hochstaufen, the Zwiesel and the Gamskogel. To the left we see the Untersberg. To the right, the view stretches far into the Chiemgau Alps.
Larger skiing areas are also not far away, about 40 minutes away you will find the Lofer cable cars and the Steinplatte with its fun park can be reached in just under an hour.

New Year's Eve vacation with dog
Very nice landlady!
Great, newly renovated and very clean apartment.
Top equipment, nothing was missing. Very nice and helpful neighbors. Two good restaurants as well as a bakery/small village shop nearby.
Central location, so trips in all directions are easy to reach.
We will definitely go on vacation there again!!!!

Accommodation for all seasons
The Stricker family offers an excellent holiday accommodation here, which offers (almost) everything. Easy inquiries, timely feedback, and all for a good price. The apartment is really furnished and equipped down to the last detail and clean - great. Arriving, moving in, and feeling comfortable (almost like at home).
The apartment is located in a quiet area, occasionally you can hear the highway in the distance from the terrace, it is very centrally located in terms of traffic, you can reach and visit all Bavarian and Salzburg attractions by car.
We were thrilled and will come back.

Beautiful vacation
In the idyllic Teisendorf, this incredibly cozy apartment is just right. Whether you want to switch off alone, go on a holiday with loved ones, or be on the road with friends, the location has something for everyone. We went hiking, swimming, cycling, relaxing at Lake Chiemsee, and even skydiving, all easily accessible by car or right outside the door. The apartment is perfect as a gathering point for very active vacations or as a place of tranquility for more relaxed holidays. All in all, a 10/10!

Very friendly landlords
Hello to all those still looking for a vacation rental, this apartment is really very nice. Being able to go out on the balcony every morning and see the mountains was fantastic. In the evenings, you could still linger on the balcony or simply sit on the couch and let the day come to an end.
Within 10 minutes, you could reach all shopping possibilities. But also great activities were easily accessible from there.
The Stricker family is also very friendly and helpful. They were always available to us if questions arose.
We had a beautiful time!

A very beautiful vacation apartment.
The vacation apartment is very nice. It is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The beach chairs for relaxing on the spacious balcony are great. We could easily reach all places from Neukirchen and had a beautiful and relaxing vacation with wonderful impressions. The landlords are very helpful and took care of every concern immediately. Absolutely recommended. The little village is also very nice, everyone is very friendly. And if you say "Servus" as a greeting, you immediately belong.

Great holiday flat
