In detail: The interior is cozy, comfortable and the newly equipped kitchen offers a high standard with convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other useful Helpers. The bath features amenities through an electronically controlled hot water preparation and a thermostatic mixer tap in the Shower. The living and dining area has a large square dining table and a high quality sofa bed, on the need for a fifth and sixth person to sleep. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with two full beds (90x200), so four adults comfortably space available. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second - by the first to enter - two single beds.

The apartment is located Helpenstein with two other apartments in a house in the holidaypark Vorauf in a quiet location between the edge of the forest, creek and other homes scattered standing at about 700m height with a beautiful view of forest and mountains. Siegsdorf is an attractive health resort at the edge of the tourist attractions axes Inzell-Bad Reichenhall-Berchtesgaden Ruhpolding and Reit im Winkl, which opens up from the A8 Munich-Salzburg, Traunstein from.

I went on a one-week break with my adult daughter in the apartment. The apartment is perfect for relaxing. Everything is there to spend even rainy days nicely. I especially liked the slightly small kitchen. There is nothing missing.
It is only difficult to get from the assigned parking space to the house. Not suitable for seniors and people with limited mobility (very steep).
The reception and departure were "TERRIBLE" due to the incompetent manager.
We think he has a big problem with single women travelers.
If we had any questions, we preferred to go to the much more competent holiday park management.

Weekly holiday at Helpenstein
Hello
we were in the Helpenstein holiday flat in May 2019.
I can say about the flat that everything you need is there,
Clean and cosy, we immediately felt at home.
Everything on the website is there and works.
There is not much going on in the holiday park itself.
However, the flat is very well suited for excursions in the area, e.g. Ruhpolding (Windbeutelgräfin), Chiemsee Herreninsel Schloss, Königssee, or Austria Grossglockner Hochalpenstr. is worth a visit. (1 hour 30 minutes away)
Don't forget the Austrian toll, enter Fuschl am Grossglockner in your sat nav and drive straight through the town.
As already mentioned, I can recommend the Helpenstein holiday flat with a clear conscience.

Family holiday
It was a wonderful holiday for us. The flat was very nicely and practically furnished. It was clean and tidy
The air conditioning would be better in the bedrooms on the upper floor, as there is only a small skylight to ventilate and the balcony doors unfortunately cannot be tilted.
It is a pity that the swimming pool can only be used in conjunction with the sauna and the restaurant in the holiday park is closed.
We recommend the accommodation to others.

Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Die Infrastruktur im Ferienpark ist ein Thema für sich und hat sich mit Minigolf, Grillplatz und anderen Dingen schon verbessert. Die Kehrseite der schönen Ruhe im Ferienpark ist auch der Mangel an Infrastruktur. Andererseits ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten im Sommer ja auch bei vielen schönen Freibädern und Seen.
Zwischenzeitlich haben wir in die Balkontüren auch eine Kipp-Funktion zum Lüften einbauen lassen und Rolläden.

Top flat in a beautiful location
A very beautiful holiday flat, furnished with much love. Everything is there for a nice holiday. The manager is nice and gives good tips for eating or hiking and is always available with advice. Short distances to towns such as Traunstein, Ruhpolding, Inzell, Bad Reichenhall etc. We can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience.
