The "Abendsonne" holiday flat with its own beach access and beach chair is lovingly furnished. It is a non-smoking flat. There are exciting books for bookworms. Cot and high chair as well as ironing board and iron are available. The wellness and sauna area with fitness room is available free of charge. A bicycle storage room (lockable), washing machine & dryer (coin-operated) are in the communal cellar. Shopping facilities, bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The harbour in Breege, approx. 2 km away, offers excursion possibilities by ship to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden trips, crane trips and to the Störtebeker Festival. There are optimal cycling and hiking possibilities to explore the island. The car parking space is directly at the object. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers!

The flat is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Juliusruh on Rügen - Germany's most beautiful island ! The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which reaches almost to Cape Arkona, is approx. 150 m away. The holiday flat is located in the centre of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches is along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements
