The flat is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Juliusruh on Rügen - Germany's most beautiful island ! The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which reaches almost to Cape Arkona, is approx. 150 m away. The holiday flat is located in the centre of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches is along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements

Our holiday flat 'Seehund' is located on the mezzanine floor of the Dünenresidenz, built in 2005, in the first row to the Baltic Sea.
It is comfortably furnished with attention to detail. The living and dining room are bright and friendly. A spacious sofa landscape offers plenty of room to let the evening come to a cosy close. Satellite TV (flat screen), CD/stereo system are available
The kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. It has a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher. From the large balcony you look towards the Baltic Sea. From here you can look out over the tranquil hustle and bustle on the promenade of the charming seaside resort. The in-house wellness and sauna area is available to our guests free of charge. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house, and you can safely store your bicycles in the ground-level bicycle room. Cot and high chair, bed linen or towels can be booked separately. Washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the communal cellar.
You can reach the sandy beach on foot via the private access of the house. There is no car traffic here, the promenade is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists
The beach of Juliusruh stretches for kilometres. Sun worshippers and hikers alike get their money's worth. The section of beach in front of the flat is also suitable for small children and is guarded during the high season. Dog owners do not have far to go to the dog beach. To get to the four-legged paradise, walk about 400 metres in a northerly direction. An insider tip is the nudist beach. It is located in a southerly direction. It is within walking distance and perhaps the most beautiful on the entire island.
Despite the quiet location of the flat, it is not far to the idyllic centre of the village. After only 200 metres, you will find cafés, an ice cream parlour and various restaurants.
Our holiday flat offers you the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the fashionable seaside resorts, without having to do without the infrastructure of a friendly, smaller seaside resort
Juliusruh and its varied surroundings are a paradise for individualists! A bike tour to Cape Arkona is an experience! The small harbour of Breege invites you to stop for a bite to eat or you can explore the island by boat from here. Sassnitz is 24 kilometres away by car, and Binz is not too far away either. You should allow a good half hour by car.
Our flat is especially suitable for couples, preferably with small children. Dogs are welcome. On site, a service company takes care of all matters and always has an open ear for all questions of our guests.
