The flat is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Juliusruh on Rügen - Germany's most beautiful island ! The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which reaches almost to Cape Arkona, is approx. 150 m away. The holiday flat is located in the centre of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches is along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements

Our holiday apartment 'Seehund' is located on the raised ground floor of the Dünenresidenz, built in 2005, in the first row to the Baltic Sea.

It is furnished with attention to detail and comfort. The living and dining rooms are bright and friendly. A generous sofa landscape offers plenty of space to comfortably end the evening. Sat-TV (flat screen) and CD/stereo system are available.

The kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. It has a ceramic stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. From the large balcony, you look towards the Baltic Sea. From here, you can view the tranquil activities on the promenade of the charming seaside resort. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house, and you can securely store your bicycles in the ground-level bicycle room. A crib and high chair, bed linen, or towels can also be booked separately. You can reach the sandy beach on foot via the house's private access. No car traffic disturbs here, as the promenade is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists.

The beach at Juliusruh stretches for kilometers. Sun worshippers and hikers alike will thoroughly enjoy it. The beach section in front of the apartment is also suitable for small children and is guarded during the peak season. Dog owners do not have far to go to the dog beach. To the pet paradise, walk about 400 meters in the north direction. A insider tip is the nudist beach. This is located in the south direction. It is within walking distance and perhaps the most beautiful on the entire island.

Despite the quiet location of the apartment, it is not far to the idyllic town center. After just 200 meters, you will find cafes, an ice cream parlor, and various restaurants. Our holiday apartment offers you the opportunity to spend a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the fashionable seaside resorts, without having to forego the infrastructure of a friendly, smaller beach town.

Juliusruh and its varied surroundings are a paradise for individualists! A bike ride to Cape Arkona is an experience! The small harbor of Breege invites you to stop by or from here you can explore the island by boat. You can reach Sassnitz by car after 24 kilometers and it's not too far to Binz either. You should plan for a good half hour by car.

Our apartment is particularly suitable for couples, preferably with small children. Dogs are welcome. On site, a service company takes care of all concerns and is always available to answer any questions our guests may have.
