Description
The House Mohnblume is a spacious semi-detached house, which is ideal for up to 8 people. The spacious living area totals around 130 m2 and houses four double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a quaint fireplace, a generous bathroom, and a guest toilet, and is decorated in a modern country house style. The house also includes a great terrace, the garden, and a log sauna for exclusive use to relax. On the ground floor, there is a hallway with a practical wardrobe. Also, the heart of the ground floor: The large living and dining area with space for eight people, a welcoming fireplace, TV, and the fully equipped comfort kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, there is a practical guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the master bedroom with a cozy double bed and direct access to the southwest-facing balcony awaits. Also located on this floor are two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are three spacious and cozy double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, two sinks, and a hair dryer.
In the attic, there is another double room for two people.
The sauna on the property is exclusively available to you as a guest and is included in the price.
The Poppy House is a spacious half-timbered semi-detached house made of Carpathian oak. Ceiling beams and interior half-timber work, as well as the oiled oak floor boards and clay plaster emphasize the rustic character of this ecologically built holiday home.
Children's travel beds and high chairs can be provided for a one-time fee of 10,-€ each.
Firewood is available and can be used per unit (bagged goods) for 12,-€.
Bicycles can be rented from us at the harbor in Rankwitz, just come by and pick one out. We also offer various water sports options: Jet skiing, SUP, kayaking, fishing boats...

The village of Krienke, which belongs to the municipality of Rankwitz, is characterised by agriculture and captivates with its natural beauty and quiet location. Gentle hills, reed-covered banks, green meadows and hedges and sparse forests characterise the landscape, and thatched cottages lend a very special charm.
The distance to the town of Usedom is a good 8 kilometres, the pleasant community of Rankwitz is only 2 kilometres away.

Free cancellation possible up to 43 days before the arrival date.
The tenant may cancel the rental agreement free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Thereafter, the following costs for the tenant apply: 42-28 days before the rental start 25% of the total rental price, 27-14 days before rental start 50% of the total price, 13-1 day before rental start 80% of the total rental price, unless a re-letting under the same terms is possible. In that case, any cancellation fees will be waived. The refund of any deposits already made will be made no earlier than the original rental start date to an account specified by the tenant. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Extended Terms and Conditions – Dog Holidays Please note that we rent our holiday accommodations to guests who wish to bring dogs only under certain conditions. By booking our holiday accommodations, you accept these conditions. In the event of clear non-compliance, we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable amount of the paid deposit or issue a reasonable invoice. - Dogs must be house-trained, healthy, free of contagious diseases (vaccination card required), have good character/social behavior, and react calmly to environmental stimuli. - Supervision must be ensured (outdoors & indoors). - "Fighting dogs" are not allowed. - Always keep on a leash outside the accommodation. - By booking, you confirm the existence of liability insurance for dogs covering personal, property, and rental damages: As a tenant with a dog, you are fully liable for all damages caused by your dog! - Please prevent the dog from accessing sleeping areas and living furniture – contamination/damages will be billed separately. - Contaminations must be removed immediately. - Place food/water bowls only on tiled/vinyl floors. - Rough play, chasing/ball games inside the accommodation are prohibited. - Use of sanitary facilities for showering/bathing the dog is not allowed. We built this house ourselves a few years ago and have specialised in building ecological timber-framed houses. We build with clay bricks and clay plaster, just like farmhouses were built in the past.
