The vacation home was spacious and practical for our needs. It was nice to have separate bathrooms, which helped with our large group. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, including the great Hackfort Castle. All in all, a solid choice for a group holiday.

We enjoyed! Nice stay... the beds were already made, that was a surprise... Top! Unfortunately, there was also a downside, the frying pans and roasting pans were really not clean... too bad! Furthermore, very friendly and helpful people and a beautiful environment where there was a lot to see and do...

We had a fantastic stay in this holiday home! The spacious layout was perfect for our family gathering, and we enjoyed cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen. The garden was a nice bonus, ideal for morning coffee and barbecue evenings. Moreover, our walks made it refreshing and peaceful, so close to nature.

Although the location and the space of the house were very good, we were particularly disturbed by the fact that the house was not clean. We had been informed that we could not enter before 4 PM due to cleaning. When we arrived at the house around 5 PM, we encountered at least 5 dead black flies. The floor in the first bathroom was downright dirty. There were used cotton swabs in one of the wardrobes, and so on. The floors in the bedrooms were also not clean, we didn't dare to look under the beds. Outside by the veranda hang about 3 overflowing insect traps. We experienced this as a dampener on our weekend.

We waren met 6 personen en hadden alledrie een eigen slaapkamer, bij aankomst waren er 6 bedden verdeeld over 3 kamers opgedekt. We hebben een uitstekend weekend gehad.

What a gem! The place is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful forests and close to the charming Lochemse Golf & Country Club. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated having several bathrooms for our group. A short walk to nearby restaurants made dining out easy, and the hosts were very hospitable.

It is a 16-person house, but not everything is set up for that. For example, there are 14 chairs at the dining table, and the dishes/cutlery are also insufficient. Furthermore, there are quite a few shortcomings, such as a TV that does not work. The refrigerator does not cool well. No games or other play materials are available. Loose tiles in front of the door. We also reported this at the reception in the park.
