In a quiet and wooded area of Holten lies our bungalow "Bosvogel", on a beautiful, spacious plot. In addition, the fully fenced plot features a practical wooden shed with an adjoining carport.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a tiled floor with underfloor heating, French doors to the terrace and an open staircase to the first floor, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a kitchen and a utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, and combi-oven/combi-microwave. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a dormer window. Both bedrooms are equipped with a washbasin. In addition, there is a second toilet.

Our bungalow is located in the wooded area "De Borkeld", where you are surrounded by beautiful nature. For lovers of walking and cycling, the nature areas "De Borkeld" with raised bog and heath, and the national park "De Sallandse Heuvelrug" are within easy reach. The village of Holten with all its amenities is only a few kilometers away. Also, the outdoor swimming pool "Twenhaarsveld" is located 2.5 kilometers away.

Personally, I was born and raised in Twente and have greatly enjoyed the beautiful Sallandse Heuvelrug and the surroundings of Holten. That is why in 2024 we purchased our house, the Bosvogel, in Holten and are also making it available for rent. Hopefully you will enjoy this beautiful region just as we do.
