Description
Holiday on a spacious lakeside property and enjoy absolute privacy. This possibility is offered by the dreamlike holiday home "See-Refugium". With 60 m² of living space, the holiday home offers enough room for 2 people. From the open living/dining area, with integrated kitchen, you have a fantastic view of Lake Schwerin. The two bedrooms, one with a single bed, one with a double bed, create an ideal resting area with their cosy atmosphere. A desk with a view of the lake is available for your holiday home office. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower. For entertainment, satellite TV, WLAN, radio and a collection of books are at your disposal. Additional comfort is provided by underfloor heating and electric shutters on all windows.
From the fully furnished terrace you can enjoy a unique, unobstructed view of Lake Schwerin. The 2000 m² property offers direct lake access, with its own shore area as well as a private bathing and boating jetty. You can use the hotel's own rowing boat free of charge. The sandy bottom of the lake slopes gently and is ideal for swimming. The property is fenced and not visible. You can safely park your car and bicycles under the carport on the property. Due to the wonderful location on the edge of the village, the lake is on one side of the property and a field with a strip of forest on the other.
Please note: Due to the unprotected slope of the property, the house is not suitable for small children.

The surrounding area within walking distance
Seehof is a well-kept and tranquil place on Schwerin's Outer Lake. Guests who come here feel very much at home. The village is surrounded by fields, woods and lots of water. In the village you can walk to the Seehof holiday park, a restaurant and snack bar, the outdoor lake swimming pool, a small shop and a bus stop. There is an hourly bus from Lübstorf railway station, the bus stop is about 150 metres from the house.
Leisure and excursions
Due to the central location between the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck, you have short distances to countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar, Schwerin Castle and the Schlosspark Center shopping centre in Schwerin.

Retreat by the lake

Positive:
a beautiful house in a wonderful area surrounded by nature. The silence is just gigantic! Huge property and large terrace with a great view of the lake. From the location you can make great trips to the Baltic Sea or the surrounding area. Everything is within easy reach.
Negatives:
The landlord would have to spend some money on repairs. The sockets on the terrace do not work. The cracks in the shower tiles need to be repaired urgently. The double bed is a bit too low for someone who has difficulty with their bones. The sandpit for the kids could also be renewed.
Important for anglers: fishing from the jetty is unsuccessful due to the long, shallow and sandy shore area. From the boat, however, it's great.
All in all, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. MV we will gladly come again!

vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen das Haus und die Lage gefallen hat und sich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein Elektriker, zur Reparatur der Steckdosen, wurde bereits beauftragt. Auch die Fliesen im Bad und in der Dusche werden in den kommenden Monaten erneuert. Leider sind die Wartezeiten aufgrund des Handwerkermangels lang. Für die Hinweise bedanken wir uns und würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal im Ferienhaus "Refugium am See" begrüßen zu können.
