Description
Beautiful holiday home over 2 floors. 3 double bedrooms as well as 1 room with 2 single beds and a full bath on the upper floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven. Microwave, toaster, coffee machine and coffee pad machine, electric hand mixer, kettle and 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment.
Everything perfectly furnished. The property is completely fenced. Your car parks in this area. Starting in May, a trampoline, nest swing, badminton/softball net, and a goal wall will be available for the children. For smokers, we have set up a cozy smoking tent. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
From November, the tent, trampoline, nest swing, goal wall, and badminton net will be dismantled.
Due to high energy costs, towels and bed linens are no longer provided. Bedding will, of course, be available for you. We always put on the fitted sheet for you.
In the kitchen, you will always find 3 kitchen towels, a dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher. In the bathroom and guest toilet, there are always 2 towels and washing soap ready for you upon arrival.
We have also set up a grill pavilion for our guests. We expect our guests to leave the grill cleaned.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located at the entrance to the Großenbrode forest. You can find the house if you turn right from the E 4, then pass the bus stop and immediately turn into the first street on the right: An de Drift. It is then the 3rd house on the left side with house number 5.
It is only a 5-minute drive from our place to the West Beach. Parking is available there free of charge.
The main beach is 1.5 km away. On the way there, you first pass our large doctor's office with up to three doctors. Then you drive past the flower shop and the bakery. Here, you can buy fresh rolls and bread until noon. Then take a left at the traffic island and pass by the EDEKA market and the fire station, over the railway crossing in Großenbrode that is no longer used by the train. After that, just go straight past the Nahkauf grocery store with a post office and lottery shop. In Großenbrode, we also have a very good dentist.
From here, it's not far to the beach with the promenade. Two large children's playgrounds have been newly created here.
There's a lot on offer for children in Großenbrode, which I personally think is great. There's also quite a bit that you should discover on your own. Not to forget our spa center.

Vacation as one wishes!
Dear Family Reise,
we were at the holiday house for the 2nd time. Since we already liked it during our 1st vacation, we booked a week longer this year.
The children could hardly wait to spend their holidays at the holiday house again!
The house was as clean as always, the garden is a dream. The children missed nothing! Even the phone becomes a secondary matter on vacation because there is so much to do in the garden!
We all had a great time relaxing on vacation. The weather was also good to us!
And what should we say, we will be back next year!

The best family vacation we ever had?
We were allowed to spend our family vacation in this beautiful house with a wonderful garden and were truly thrilled. Everything was clean and we could relax perfectly. The kids discovered the garden and instead of being on their phones, everyone was outside playing. The interior was great; we missed nothing. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the rooms. The location for activities is very convenient; everything is always on site. And the beach was great. Great little shops and restaurants.
We were very warmly welcomed by the Reise family.
We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next vacation.

We were here for the third time now.
The house has sufficient space and a beautiful location. The garden is also ideal for children. The contact with the landlord is uncomplicated and always friendly. We will definitely come back.

Vacation with family
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed. Mrs. Reise showed us the house and property both inside and out. It made a good first impression. It was clean and tidy. The children immediately felt comfortable and at home.
In the house, you find everything for daily needs. We lacked nothing.
If you have a question or, like us, need a ball pump, Mr. and Mrs. Reise have everything on site, and it was available in no time. In the garden, there is a nest swing, a trampoline, a soccer goal, and a volleyball net! Our children have enjoyed using these every day.
There is also a playground for children in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The West Beach is quickly accessible with a short walk (about 15 minutes on foot). The water was pleasantly warm and also suitable for smaller children, as it is not very deep! For those who prefer action, the South Beach (about 10 minutes by car) is just right. There’s something happening every day! There you can find food, a playground, trampoline jumping, a cinema in the sea house, etc.
It’s worth checking the event calendar of Großenbrode.
Our vacation was worth it – arrive, relax, and feel good!
We were all sad and amazed at how quickly time passed.
We will definitely come back next year!

It could have been even more beautiful.
First the positive... The Reise family is very friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately, the property was not as well-kept and clean as we expected. Upon arrival, the house appeared superficially clean. Unfortunately, this impression disappeared quickly. The mirror cabinet below was completely dirty. The living room carpet and sofas were full of pet hair and stains. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and overcrowded. The oven could only be used after a thorough cleaning of the baking sheets. The garden is very well equipped, especially for children. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it properly because the grass was very long and all the bushes were overgrown. This created a real paradise for mosquitoes and ticks. The grass couldn't dry properly due to its length, resulting in constantly wet feet. The garage for storing the bikes couldn't be used. The alternative was a shed where some things were cleared away so that we could store the bikes. The grill was totally dirty. We cleaned the grill grate. Otherwise, we left the grill as we found it. All the ashtrays that were scattered in the garden were filled with cigarettes. That was bad. We are non-smokers and had small children with us. Mosquito nets would have been beneficial. Most of the beds could be replaced. There is a board under the mattress, etc.... The trash bins were full to the top upon arrival. Difficult with 6 people.
Conclusion: Nice landlords. The house has potential. For 150 cleaning fee, we expected more cleanliness and an outdoor area like in the pictures. Our granddaughter, who has an allergy, could not sleep in her bed without medication.

Was sind Sie nur für Menschen ? Wenn Ihnen etwas nicht gefallen hat, warum haben Sie mich nicht darauf angesprochen ? Schließlich wohnen wir neben dem Objekt und sind jederzeit erreichbar !
Das mit dem Spiegelschrank unten ist eine glatte Lüge. Warum machen Sie soetwas ? Haben Sie dabei ein besonderes Erfolgserlebnis ?
Das mit dem Garten ist eine absolute Ausnahme gewesen. Der ist sonst immer frisch gemäht, wenn neue Gäste anreisen. Hätten Sie uns darauf einmal angesprochen, hätten Sie erfahren, dass einen Tag vor Ihrer Ankunft der Rasentrecker kaputt gegangen war und wir ein Ersatzteil besorgen mußten. Dieses kam aber erst heute nach Ihrer Abreise an.
Wir hätten natürlich die 3.000 qm Rasenfläche auch mit einem kleinen Elektromäher mähen können
....aber, dann wäre ich heute Witwe oder selbst nicht mehr am Leben. Mein Mann hatte nach 10 Monaten Krankenhausaufenthalt mit 2 Herzklappenoperationen und einer schweren Lungenentzündung sowie Aufenthalt in 4 Krankenhäusern und 3 Wochen Reha für eine solche Aktion noch nicht die Kraft. Ich selbst hatte 2 Jahre vor ihm 4 Bypässe bekommen. Haben Sie eingentlich eine Ahnung, wie schwach man danach ist und, wie lange es dauert, sich von soetwas zu erholern ???
Aus Rücksicht auf Ihren Urlaub, haben wir den Rasen dann nicht gemäht, weil es ja auch sehr stört, wenn man gemütlich auf der Liege liegt und döst. Hätten Sie uns angesprochen, hätten wir jemanden gebeten, unseren Rasen zu mähen. Das hätte dann 6 Stunden Lärm bedeutet.
Gegen Insekten sind wir machtlos. Wir empfehlen Ihnen einen Urlaub ohne Gartenanlage.
Dass Ihr Enkelkind an einer Allergie leidet, tut mir leid.........aber wir können nichts dafür. Wieso fahren Sie überhaupt mit einem kranken Kind in den Urlaub und versuchen die Verantwortung auf andere Menschen abzuwälzen ?
Und, wenn das Kind nicht ohne Tabletten schlafen kann, ist das schrecklich, aber a u c h nicht unsere Schuld!!! Im übrigen sprach ich Ihre Enkelin vor der Abreise mit ihren Eltern darauf an, wie es ihr gefallen hätte, sie war den Tränen nahe. Ihr Vater erklärte mir, dass sie noch nicht nachhause möchte, sie wollte noch hier bleiben. Na, dann kann es wohl nicht so schlecht bei uns gewesen sein !!!
Was erlauben Sie sich eigentlich ? Schon Ihre Abreise bei Nacht und Nebel war uns sehr verdächtig. So etwas haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt.
Wenn wir wirklich ein so unsauberes Haus vermieten würden, dann hätten wir wohl kaum so einen hohen Wiedervermietungserfolg bei unseren anderen so lieben Gästen. Einige kommen dieses Jahr 3 mal infolge.
Die große Spanplatte unter dem einen Bett im Erdgeschoss wurde vermutlich von einem Gast dort unter die Matratze gelegt, weil er härter liegen wollte. Wir kennen diese Platte nicht !!!
In der Summe von € 150,00 für die Endreinigung ist bei 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, die natürlich auch noch großen, unvermeidlichen Müll, durch Windeln verursachen, noch eine Strom und Wasserpauschale enthalten.
Der Müll wird alle 4 Wochen abgeholt. Mein Mann hat, als er sah, dass Sie die Müllsäcke auf den Tonnen hoch gestapelt hatten, die überstehenden Säcke zu uns rüber gebracht und am nächsten Tag war die Müllentsorgung sowieso da.
Diese ganzen Dinge hätte man durch ein Gespräch klären können, scheinbar macht es aber mehr Spass, andere Menschen fertig zu machen.
Aber gut. Ich hatte nun auch noch gestern meinen 77. Geburtstag. Mir diesen Tag mit meiner Familie zu versauen, ist Ihnen perfekt gelungen.
