Description
The latest of our three beach houses on the western beach of Grossenbrode in the bungalow village of Orthfeld.
The style is modern, personal, individual. Our design is personally created by us. A large part of the interior is custom-made. The other part high-quality and tastefully combined.
The focus of the Immergut is on the L-shaped living/dining/kitchen area connected by the Focus fireplace floating down from the ceiling.
1 bathroom with double washbasin & floor-level shower & 1 separate WC leaves room for manoeuvre
Cool concrete optics unite with warm old wood and conjure up individual flair
Underfloor and wall heating warms the house and soul.
Bockspring beds with high-quality mattresses & toppers ensure well-rested nights to enjoy the days even more.
Exclusivity and privacy were created through clever arrangement of the floor plan and ideal use of the floor-to-ceiling lift-and-slide doors
For us, living indoors and outdoors is part of our holiday: that is why our Immergut stands freely in a large garden with a design barbecue and herb bed, 2 large dining tables on the west and east terrace offer sun or shade depending on your taste.
Zeitgeist: parking space with charging station for electric cars guarantees forward thinking to get ahead.
And finally, relaxation and wellness are not neglected with the outdoor sauna and shower. Menthol crystals and sauna fragrance oils are always included. Grab a cuddly blanket and relax on one of the many loungers to pass the time until your next sauna session.
200m of private path separate us from the "dogs also allowed in summer beach".
At the Immergut, dogs are also allowed in the majority, but please provide us with information about their breed (or size and weight).
Our property is enclosed with hedges but not completely fenced.

Location and surroundings of object
We are located on the narrow headland off Fehmarn and have practically "island weather". The house is 200m from the west beach via a private path. No beach chairs but kiting , surfing & dogs allowed at the beach also in summer. If you are looking for peace & relaxation, this is the right place for you.

Cancellation policy: Up to 56 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price Up to 42 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price Up to 28 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price From day 27 before arrival: 100% of the rental price - of course, excluding final cleaning and bed linen. Regardless of the time and reason for cancellation, a processing fee of 100€ will be charged. Please take out travel cancellation insurance for your own security.

Bavarian(s) meets Schleswigholstein(erin) 2 sporting passions characterise my life: skiing and kitesurfing. The latter brought me to the Baltic Sea, made me fall in love with the sea and my wife. And stayed Our beach houses are a dream for all those who love nature and the Baltic Sea. Haus Immergut is our third prank. Its name says it all - whatever the season. Renovating/building makes us happy. And great guests too.
