Description
Beautiful holiday home over 2 floors. 3 double bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs and a guest toilet downstairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with oven both from Miele. Microwave, toaster, coffee machine and coffee pad machine, electric hand mixer and fridge with freezer compartment
All perfectly furnished. The property is completely fenced. Your car is parked in this area. Bicycles can be stored in one of the garages.
For the children there is a trampoline, a nest swing, a badminton/softball net and a goal wall. For smokers we have set up a cosy smoking tent. Smoking in the house is not permitted. The tent is taken down from October.
Towels and bed linen are no longer provided due to the high energy costs. However, you can rent a linen package for € 15,00 per person. It includes 4 towels, 2 shower towels, a pillowcase and a duvet cover. Bed linen is of course provided for you. We also always put up fitted sheets for you.
In the kitchen you will always find 3 kitchen towels, a dishcloth, washing-up liquid and dishwashing soaps for the dishwasher. In the bathroom and in the guest toilet there are always 2 towels ready for you on arrival
We have also set up a barbecue pavilion for our guests.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located at the entrance to the Großenbrode forest. You will find the house if you turn right from the E 4, drive past the bus stop and then take the first road on the right: An de Drift. It is then the 3rd house on the left with the house number 5
The west beach, where dogs are allowed to run and swim freely, is only 5 minutes away from us by car. Parking is possible there free of charge.
The main beach is 1.5 km away. On the way there, you will first pass our large medical practice with three doctors. Then you will pass the flower shop and the bakery. Here you can buy fresh rolls and bread until noon. Then turn left at the traffic island and pass the EDEKA supermarket and the fire brigade over the Großenbrode level crossing with barriers. Then just go straight past the Nahkauf grocery shop with post office and lottery shop
From here it is not far to the beach with the promenade. Two large children's playgrounds have been newly built here
There is a lot on offer for children in Großenbrode, which I personally think is great. There is also a lot that you should discover for yourself. Not to forget our Kurmittelhaus.

| From the 1st overnight stay, the final cleaning per stay of € 100.00 is already due. From 2 persons € 80.00. From 4 to 6 persons then € 100.00. For a dog brought along we charge an additional cleaning flat rate of € 20.00. Bed linen and towels are currently no longer provided during the energy crisis. however, you will find 3 tea towels and 2 hand towels each in the bathroom and guest WC on your arrival We always put up fitted sheets for you. You can rent linen packages: 4 towels, 2 shower towels and one pillowcase and one duvet cover per person for € 15.00. |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 28 days before the day of arrival.
- Bei einer Stornierung wird die bei der Buchung gezahlte Kaution von € 150,00 einbehalten. Wenn wir den Zeitraum aber noch kurzfristig vermieten konnten, zahlen wir die Kaution zurück. Sie können die Kaution aber auch für eine weitere Buchung in den darauf folgenden 2 Jahren stehen lassen. Wir verrechnen dann den Betrag.

Outside the holidays in Germany, we are also happy to rent to couples without children, who can then relax here wonderfully
The rental price is between € 70,00 and € 90,00 always plus € 100,00 final cleaning from the 1st night plus € 20,00 for a dog brought along and the respective spa tax for your stay.

As a child, I always went with my parents on holiday from Hamburg to Großenbrode. in 1972 we met in my parents' discotheque, the "Western Saloon", on the promenade of Großenbrode and in 1973 we got married here in the village church, which is now almost 50 years ago. Where has the time gone?
