The house is equipped as follows:
- One bedroom with a double bed
- One bedroom with two single beds
- The living / dining room is tastefully furnished with a couch and armchairs. There is also a dining table with four chairs, a high chair for children, a radio and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has a 2-plate ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, Senseo pad, toaster etc..
In addition, of course, all the utensils needed for cooking, as well as the tableware.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A terrace and a garden house
In the garden house you will find the garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. You can store two bicycles there.
- The private parking space is a few metres from the house.

Location and surroundings of object
In the North Sea resort of Tossens, in the Aida Park, directly behind the dyke, our inviting beach avenue with lots of greenery awaits you. The new pirate-style Frisian beach offers a unique holiday atmosphere! In Tossens there are a variety of restaurants, cafés, bistros and the subtropical bathing paradise at "Center Parcs". Everything is within walking distance. The other sports and leisure facilities of the Centerparcs are also available to our guests (for a fee). Or you can simply get on a bike and cycle around the peninsula, the network of cycle paths is excellent.
Shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacy, wellness and spa treatments - all this is available or possible in Tossens. Wind and weather, mixed with a breeze of salty air, determine the healthy climate. The green peninsula is a nature experience in every season. Butjadingen is a peninsula and municipality on the German North Sea coast, bordering the Jade Bay to the west, the North Sea to the north and the Weser to the east. It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Wilhelmshaven to the Coastal Museum, Aquarium, Oceanis or you can start in the other direction to Bremerhaven to the Zoo am Meer, Atlanticum with seawater aquarium, Schaufenster Fischereihafen, German Maritime Museum and the Klimahaus.
Jaderberg is home to the "Jaderpark", the adventure park for the whole family with an interesting zoo, attractive amusement park, exciting adventure park and fun park regardless of the weather.
Nearby Sehestedt is home to the world's only floating bog.
The North Sea lagoon in Butjadingen is located directly on the green beach of Burhave (neighbouring village). The lagoon is surrounded by a fine sandy beach that slopes gently into the water. Ideal for children, who can romp and splash around here. The swimmers' area also offers enough space. The entire lake is patrolled by the DLRG. Numerous play opportunities such as the climbing tower, a water ropeway, the pirate island and water pedal boats make the lagoon a great adventure playground.
On the sunbathing lawns you can relax in a beach chair, and the beach volleyball court and football pitch provide plenty of opportunities to play outside the water with a view of the North Sea. But even when the North Sea retreats at low tide, you can still swim in the lagoon. The man-made lake is fed directly from the North Sea, but is tide-independent.

Everything is great!
Thank you very much for the lovely time in this holiday house. Everything was great. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back again....

Location of the house is very nice. House thumbs down.
We were there for a week. We would have preferred to leave the next day if the weather and the place hadn’t been so beautiful.
What was completely unacceptable was the double bed. The mattresses were so worn out that we had actually never experienced anything like it before.
The couch and the chair in the living area were the same story. Worn out and ruined!
In the bathroom, you get splashed right at the sink when you turn on the faucet. There are also very many small things that are advertised, but are not useful at all.
For example: mini oven, refrigerator, lamp by the bed, grill.
Therefore, we cannot understand all the positive reviews at all.

Danke für das Feedback. Leider können wir das in großen Teile nicht nachvollziehen. In den dreizehn Jahren auf dieser Platform sind Sie der erste der sich über oben gennante Sachen beschwert. Das im Laufe der Jahre mal ein Perlator eines Wasserhahnes kaputt geht ist ganz normal. Ansonsten kann man dazu sagen, dass sowohl Mini-Backofen, Kühlschrank und Grill vorhanden sind und auch funktionieren. Der angesprochene Wackelkontakt der Lampe am Bett wird natürlich behoben. Da dies ein Ferienhaus ist, dass den Sommer über viel vermietet ist, kann es immer sein, dass etwas mal nicht funktioniert. Zusätzlich werden auch Möbelstücke usw. immer wieder erneuert oder renoviert. Leider haben Sie erst nach Abreise diese negative Bewertung hinterlassen, so dass man nicht einmal tätig werden konnte. Die Punkte, die gebracht werden, sind entweder kleinlich oder stimmen einfach faktisch nicht. Wie in den anderen Bewertungen sind sowohl Preis/Leistung, Austattung und Service immer gut bewertet worden. Wir und unsere Gäste können diese Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Als zukünftiger Gast können Sie aber beruhigt sein, dass wir immer unser bestes tun, dass das Haus wie angeboten vermietet wird.

Gladly again.
We had wonderful days in Tossens. The bungalow is quietly located directly on the dike. Everything was quickly reachable on foot or by bike. The weather played along, so our grandchild and we could spend beautiful hours at the beach with the large playground. There is a beautiful garden at the house where we could still sit outside in the evenings. The house itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped. We were able to lock our bikes in the garden shed. We will gladly come back!

Gladly again.
The equipment of the holiday home is great - we didn't miss anything. In a few steps, you are directly on the dike and can smell the sea air. Nevertheless, the location is very quiet, which helps with relaxation. The cleanliness and cozy, personal furnishings contribute to well-being and a holiday feeling. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance and very tasty. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in this holiday home. :-)
