The cosy holiday home, which can be rented all year round, has been comfortably furnished with a lot of love.
The house is equipped as follows
The living room is equipped with a cosy seating area. The dining area, the TV with satellite reception and a music system are also located in the living room.
2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping possibilities. (1 double bed with 2 separate mattresses and in the other bedroom 1 sofa bed for 2 persons)
In the kitchen there is a fridge with icebox, an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a kettle, crockery, glasses, pots. There is also a bathroom with shower in the house.
On you will find garden furniture with cushions and a lawn for the children and the dog to play.

Families with small children are particularly important for the North Sea peninsula of Butjadingen. This gave us the idea to set up a baby beach that takes into account the special circumstances of the smallest ones.
So we created a 250 square metre beach area with the finest sand and enclosed it with glass elements to protect it from the wind. In order to reduce the sun's influence, two large awnings provide sufficient shade, as the youngest children in particular are very sensitive to wind and sun

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden. In dieser Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts. Das einzige was mich ein bißchen gestört hat war das Geräusch der Heizung aber ansonsten war alles super. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

A super nice holiday accommodation
My best friend and I just wanted to spend a relaxing weekend and came across this accommodation without further ado.
The first thing we noticed was the absolute cleanliness. The flat is very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished and even has a small garden. All the furniture harmonises very well with each other, so you quickly find relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life (actually there is much more). The only small point deduction is that you can't log on to Netflix in the evening to watch a film etc. on the TV. To watch
One review I read in advance about this accommodation: The heating switches off in the evening. I can't say that it does. We were there in the middle of November now
Can definitely recommend it. And the cleaning staff also deserve a lot of praise. This also goes for Mr Kirchner. Thank you for the great days..

Aida Haus am Meer 143
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in dem Haus verbracht. Das einzige wofür ich jeweils einen Stern abziehe sind die Spinnweben in vielen Ecken und der fehlende Sonnenschirm den man hätte gut gebrauchen können. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ferienhaus am Meer
Ich war mit meiner Frau und unseren Jungs im Alter von 20 und 14 Jahren da. Es war ein kurzer ,aber sehr schöner Familienurlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet.Es ist alles vorhanden,was man im Alltag braucht.
Es ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar, Strand und Restaurants.Die Terrasse sehr geschützt ,so dass man wirklich für sich alleine ist.
Wir haben lange Spaziergänge und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Pizza und Eis haben unseren Jungs am Besten geschmeckt. Für Kaffetrinker ein kleiner Tip.Packt zu Hause paar Nespresso Kapseln ein. (zudem Zeitpunkt war es etwas problematisch ,diese bei Markant zu bekommen.) Bei der Firma Ankerplatz war die Mitarbeiterin sehr nett. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen .Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Tolles Haus mit Einschränkung.
Wir haben in diesem Haus ein paar herrliche Tage verlebt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage zur Nordsee (direkt am Deich) ist super. Restaurants, Einkaufen, Bäcker...alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Fröstelden Menschen würde ich raten ein paar Wolldecken mehr einzupacken. Uns wurde nämlich jeden Abend ca. gegen 21 Uhr die Heizung ausgeschaltet, sodass man gezwungen war, sich unter die warme Bettdecke zu verkriechen...wir hatten noch April.
Trotz Reklamation hat sich daran die ganze Woche nichts geändert.
Ansonsten will ich dieses Haus und den Servicemann gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub
Im großen und ganzen war der Urlaub und Aufenthalt sehr schön in dieser Unterkunft. Lediglich kleines Manko, warm Wasser in der Küche,so wie Heizung im Bad funktionierten nicht. Kaffee Maschine und Mikrowelle laut Beschreibung vorhanden, nicht gefunden, hat aber bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht gestört.
Stilvoll und detail verliebt eingerichtet.

Fast besser als zu Hause
Ein wunderbar stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr hochwertige Materialien, top modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Schöner Garten mit Grillkamin und tollen Gartenmöbeln nebst Gartenhaus mit Fahrrädern. Tolle Lage direkt hintern Deich. Tolles neues Bad, großer Kleiderschrank, Boxspringbett und auch für die ganz Kleinen ein Kinderbett. In der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts. Wenn man etwas nicht so optimales anführen müsste dann lediglich das WLAN welches leider nur über LTE läuft das ist aber auch der einzigste. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

House behind the dike
The house is very well equipped and you have everything you need. The garden is not visible and is equipped with high-quality garden furniture and a barbecue fireplace. There are also two bicycles in the garden shed. The bathroom is functionally equipped with high-quality materials. The bed is super comfortable and the sliding door wardrobe offers enough space with countless hangers. The couch is super comfortable to end the day on.
The sea is about 8 minutes away on foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within a 10 min walk. Behind the dike is a camping site and a large playground with great gastronomy.
We will definitely be back!
