The house, which is close to the beach and has tiled floors, has been newly renovated and furnished. It has a living room (Smart-TV, DVD player, stereo, X-Box, W-Lan, books, games and much more) with a pull-out round couch, a dining area and a new fitted kitchen (ceramic hob with 4 cooking plates, high-built oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, crockery and pots for 6 people), a double bedroom with an upholstered bed and its own TV, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV with DVD player
an upholstered bed and its own TV, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV with DVD player. The bedrooms have blinds. The new, modern bathroom has a rain shower and a toilet. The enclosed garden with terrace includes awning, garden furniture and sun loungers. You will find a barbecue and bicycles in the equipment room. You can park your car directly at the house or in the large car park about 20 m away. The beach, the bakery, the restaurants and the Center Parc with swimming pool are only 5-10 minutes away. Other: In the house you will also find a travel cot, a high chair and a bed guard for one of the single beds in the second bedroom. The sleeping possibility for a 5th person is in the living room. Bringing a pet (not in the bedrooms) is possible on request. You pay the tourist tax directly to the landlord in addition to the rental price.

The bungalow is situated at the beginning of Deichgräfenstr. AIDA in the park. From our house is only about 200m from the dam / the North Sea. Bakeries, restaurants and shops are easily reached in around 5 minutes. walking distance.

Wonderful holiday in a dreamlike house
We stayed here this summer and immediately fell in love with the house. Although the weather was not so cooperative and we had little opportunity to make a spontaneous trip because of Corona, we still had a wonderful family holiday. It is very clean , the flat is a dream . The garden is not visible from the outside so that we could sit there undisturbed and barbecue. Especially for the children, the equipment was great. But also otherwise we lacked nothing. The location is also very good due to the proximity to the dam and to shopping facilities.
